Aquazzurra + Poppy Delevigne

If you live in Florence you surely heard about Aquazzurra, the famous luxury shoes brand, that has its base in Florence on Lungarno Corsini. The store is a work of art and does worth a visit by itself but if you are shoe-addicts like me, you'll thoroughly enjoy a more in-depth (and try on) visit ;)

Recently the brand created a capsule collection in collaboration with Poppy Delevigne, English model and socialite, sister of Cara and a true fashonista. The collection includes some revisited classics, like the suede version of Christy flats, as well as some new addictions.  You can definitly feel Poppy's bohemian-chic taste in the collection and let me tell you that these shoes are every girl's dream! Se siete di Firenze, sicuramente avrete sentito parlare di Aquazzurra, il famosissimo marchio di scarpe di lusso, che ha la sua sede su Lungarno Corsini. La boutique è un vero capolavoro e se siete in zona, vi consiglio di passarci anche solo per dare un'occhiata. Ma se come me, siete amanti delle scarpe...beh è tutta un'altra storia e sono sicura che rimarrete incantati dalle fantastiche creazoni che troverete esposte in negozio (e che poi vorrete anche provare) ;)

Di recente Aquazzurra ha creato una capsule collection in collaborazione con Poppy Delevigne, modella e socialite Inglese, sorella di Cara, nonché vera fashionista. La collezione include la rivisitazione di alcuni modelli di punta del marchio, come le ballerine Christy, proposte in pelle scamosciata, insieme ad altre interessanti novità. Direi che la collezione, rispecchia perfettamente il gusto bohemian-chic di Poppy e lasciate che ve lo dica, queste scarpe sono il sogno di ogni ragazza! Voi che fate questo fine settimana? Anche se dalle mie parti è ancora grigio e freddino, la Primavera è davvero alle porte e insieme a lei arriva la stagione dei matrimoni! Parlando di moda, all'estero, uno degli ultimi trend è quello di scegliere abiti spaiati per le damigelle. Da noi non si usa molto avere le damigelle, ma trovo che sia un'idea molto carina e su Weddington Way potrete scegliere tra una vastissima selezione, di abiti davvero belli! Ovviamente potete prendere ispirazione anche se state cercando un vestito da cerimonia. Avere a disposizione una scelta così ampia, può essere spiazzante all'inizio ma il mio consiglio è quello di partire dal tema del matrimonio e da li scegliere un paio tessuti diversi, colori e texture e cominciare a mixare. Per quanto riguarda lo stile dell'abito, avete a disposizione moltissimi modelli diversi, quindi non sarà difficile trovare quello che meglio si addice alla vostra figura. Ho creato tre set diversi per mostrarvi alcune opzioni e alcuni dei miei vestiti preferiti. Per il primo set ho scelto uno stile classico e chic, per il secondo uno stile sognante e per il terzo uno stile romantico e colorato!! Sul sito potete creare i vostri abbinamenti affiancando i vari abiti, per trovare la combinazione perfetta! It's time to hit Lush!

Hello everyone! How are you doing? I didn't have much time to hit the stores and properly enjoy the sales but I make sure to head to Lush and grab my favourite shower gel Rose Jam! It's a limited edition and now it's 50% (as well as many other products) so if you like rose-scented products and you haven't tried this one I recommend you go get one now! It smells divine! Looking for the perfect hat

Every Winter I feel the need to get a hat and no, I'm not talking about those wool hat to keep your head warm...I'm talking a full-on fancy hat that in my mind will look very chic and glamorous! Usually it doesn't take long to realize how hard it is to find a good quality hat that looks nice on me as well (duh?). Of course this year was no exception and I went crazy looking everywhere to find my perfect hat, I even got one online at Zara but I had to return it since it looked awful on... Then I remembered there is a little market stall in Florence San Lorenzo market where I use to get all my hats from. Eventually I managed to find it and surprise, surprise I came home with this which in my opinion is the perfect hat for me! Of course I'll show you how it looks on in an upcoming outfit post, so you can tell me what you think about it! Am I the only one with this hat-struggle experiences?

Ogni anno, quando arriva l'inverno, sento la necessità di comprare un cappello e no, non sto parlando di quelli di lana, utili per tenere la testa al caldo... parlo proprio di un bel cappello alla moda, che nella mia mente mi renderà chic e glamour! Di solito non ci metto molto a realizzare quanto sia complicato trovare il cappello giusto, che sia di buona qualità e che ovviamente mi stia bene. Quest'anno come avrete capito non ha fatto eccezione e la mia caccia al cappello perfetto mi ha portato a cercare davvero dovunque, ne avevo perfino preso uno da Zara online, che ovviamente ho dovuto restituire perché su di me stava proprio male... Poi mi sono ricordata che al mercato di San Lorenzo a Firenze, c'è un banco dove ho sempre trovato ottime occasioni! Alla fine l'ho ritrovato e sono tornata a casa con quello che penso sia il modello perfetto per me! Ovviamente vi mostrerò come mi sta in uno dei prossimi post, così mi direte se siete d'accordo con me! Voi che ne dite? Sono l'unica ad avere tutti questi problemi a scegliere un cappello?

Wandering around Florence

Hello everyone! Since my bf is working this weekend I'm by myself, so I decided to spend the morning wandering around Florence and of course I ened up doing some shopping as well ;) I went to COS and I picked up two very basic tops, one striped and one black. I also popped into Tiger just to browse really but I couldn't left empty handed could I?! I got two pens...yeah I know...Before heading back home I stopped at Ladurée for some macarons and well I had such a lovely morning! Sometimes you just need some "me" time! Visto che il mio ragazzo lavora questo fine settimana, oggi sono sola soletta e ho deciso di passare la mattinata in giro per Firenze...ovviamente ho fatto anche un po' di shopping ;) Sono stata da COS e ho preso due top basici, uno a righe e uno nero. Poi ho fatto un salto da Tiger, così tanto per dare un'occhiata, ma potevo uscire a mani vuote?! No, ovviamente...ho preso due penne...sì lo so ho un problema...Prima di tornare a casa mi sono fermata da Ladurée per prendere dei macarons e beh devo dire che mi sono proprio rilassata! Geometric print top

A few weeks ago I saw this top on a very pretty girl but I was too shy to ask her where she got it from...so I started hunting for it and eventually I managed to spot it, on sale (oh yes!) at Zara. I really love it, I find that is one of those structured pieces that makes the most boring outfit looks cool :) The fabric is thick but not heavy and the print is very chic and versatile. I can see myself wearing this over a pair of black skinny jeans, as well as a mini skirt or a pair of shorts. Do you like it?

Qualche settimana fa, ho visto questo top indosso a una ragazza, ma mi sono vergognata a fermala per chiederle dove l'avesse preso...quindi ho iniziato la mia ricerca per ritrovarlo. Alla fine ce l'ho fatta e l'ho trovato in sconto (evvai!) da Zara. Mi piace moltissimo e lo trovo uno di quei capi strutturati, che rendono speciale anche il più semplice dei look :) Il materiale di cui è fatto è spesso, ma non pesante e la stampa è molto chic e versatile. Si abbina benissimo a un paio di skinny jeans neri, così come a una mini gonna o a un paio di shorts. A voi piace?

A girly twist on your parka

Hello everyone! While I was in London I picked up this parka from Anthropologie. I was looking for some kind of a light jacket to wear during this season and I think a Parka is a great option. What caught my eye about this one are the lace details that make it looks more girly and feminine. It's not too much so it works well for me and love its slightly oversized look. This past week I wore it every single day and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it in September as well :) Do you like it?

Ciao a tutti! Mentre ero a Londra, ho preso questo parka da Anthropologie. Stavo cercando una giacca leggera, da indossare in questa stagione e penso che il parka sia l'opzione perfetta. La cosa che mi ha conquistata di questo modello, sono i dettagli in pizzo che lo rendono molto più femminile, ma senza esagerare e mi piace molto il taglio leggermente oversized. Nell'utima settimana l'ho indossato praticamente tutti i giorni e penso che lo sfrutterò benissimo anche a Settembre :) Voi che dite, vi piace?

London haul

 Hello everyone! So this is my London haul...as you can see I get a bit carried away and I have to admit that this is not even everything I got XD I forgot to include a couple items and I have a piace of clothing coming on the mail because that didn't have my size in the store so I had to get it online! I knew that there were lots of things I can't get where I live so I had a proper list to make things easier. As you know I went woth my boyfriend and I didn't want to make him wait while I tried tons of clothes so I ended up getting mostly make up...as you can see. The things I was more excited about where definitely Hourglass and Charlotte Tilbury that I can get online but I can't really try in store. I also ran into a 3x2 promo in Boots for Ogx shampoo and conditioner that I first had tried in NYC and fell in love with! I added in  a bunch of accessories, a few magazines and snacks and let me tell you...my suitcase was veery heavy on the way back XD You'll see more of these products in my next favourites and I'll show you that other things I got in the next few posts! Ciao a tutti! Ecco a voi il mio bottino Londinese...come potete vedere mi sono lasciata un po' trasportare e devo ammettere che questo non è nemmeno tutto XD infatti mi sono scordata di fotografare un paio di cose e ho un capo di abbigliamento in arrivo per posta, visto che in negozio era finita la mia taglia. Sapevo che a Londra avrei trovato un sacco di prodotti che non vengono venduti in Italia, quindi mi ero preparata facendo una lista per facilitare il processo. Come sapete sono andata con il mio ragazzo e non volevo farlo aspettare mentre mi provavo tonnellate di vestiti, quindi ho finito per prendere principalmente trucchi...come si evince dalle immagini. I marchi che ero più curiosa di vedere dal vivo erano Hourglass e Charlotte Tilbury, entrambi si trovano facilmente online, ma ovviamente poterli provare è tutta un'altra cosa. Inoltre mi sono imbattuta in una promozione 3x2 sui prodotti Ogx da Boots. Adoro i loro shampoo e balsamo, che avevo provato a New York e sono stata felicissima di poterne fare scorta a prezzo ridotto. Come portete immaginare la mia valigia al ritorno era davvero pesante XD Vi parlerò in maniera più approfondita di quesi prodotti nei prossimi post e nei favoriti del mese, oltre ovviamente a mostrarvi le altre cose che ho preso! From London with love

Hello everyone! So the past week was insane...in a good way though! My bf surprised my with a mini trip to London :D It was intense but so much fun and eventhough we ended up being exausted we had a lovely time there! I have so many friends who lives in London and some family too and it was quite a challenge to arrange meetings to meet them all but we tried XD I've been to London sooo many times but every single one is a different experience. So much has changed since my last visit and it was really interesting to absorb all these new vibes. We tried to do and see as much as we could and of course I did some shopping (oh God!). Let me tell you, shopping in London is the ultimate experience!! Btw I'll be sharing more about my trip in the next posts so keep you're eyes peeled for that! Have a lovely day ;)

Ciao a tutti! La scorsa settimana è stata folle...ma in maniera decisamente positiva! Il mio ragazzo mi ha fatto una sorpresa, portandomi a Londra per un paio di giorni :D Diciamo che è stata un'esperienza intensa ma davvero bellissima e anche se siamo tornati esausti ci siamo divertiti un mondo! Ho un sacco di amici che vivono a Londra e anche qualche parente, quindi è stata davvero una sfida cercare di organizzare incontri con tutti, ma almeno ci abbiamo provato XD Sono stata a Londra davvero un sacco di volte, ma devo dire che ogni volta è un'esperienza diversa. Sono cambiate così tante cose dall'ultima volta che ci ero stata e assorbere tutte queste nuove vibrazioni è stato interessante e rigenerante. Durante la nostra permanenza, abbiamo cercato di fare e vedere il più possibile e ovviamente ho fatto anche un po' di shopping. Laciate che ve lo dica, fare shopping a Londra è un'esperienza unica!! Nei prossimi post vi mostrerò altre immagini dalla mia vacanza quindi tornate a trovarmi! Buona giornata ;)

New in

Hello everyone! how was your weekend? Despite the rainy weather I had a great time wandering around the city with my boyfriend and I also managed to did a little bit of shopping :) I went to COS which is one of my favourite stores ever and I got a boxy sweater from the sale rack and a super long chain necklace. Than I went to L'Olfattorio parfumerie on Via Tornabuoni (it's such a gorgeous place, go check it out next time you're in Florence) and got a rose hand cream from Diptyque new line! It smells sooo good :) they also have a body lotion, a fragrance and a candle in the same scent so if you like roses like I do, it's something you should absolutely check out! Ciao a tutti! Come è andato il fine settimana? Nonostante la pioggia, mi sono divertita moltissimo girovagando per la città con il mio ragazzo e sono anche riuscita a fare un po' di shopping :) Sono stata da COS che è uno dei miei negozi preferiti e ho preso un maglioncino  dalla forma quadrata, nella sezione dei saldi e poi una lunga collana a catena. Poi sono stata all'Olfattorio in Via Tornabuoni (è un posto stupendo e vi consiglio di passarci se non ci siete mai stati) e ho preso una crema per le mani alla rosa di Diptyque, della loro nuova linea! Ha un profumo buonissimo :) c'erano anche la crema per il corpo, il profumo e una candela e se anche a voi piacciono le rose, dovete assolutamente provarle! From Berlin with love - Part 2

Hello everyone and happy saturday! The last few days were hectic I had lots of work and catching up to do but I managed to survive and now it's finally weekend time so I decided to show you my last photos from Berlin :) Thet're not the best quality because my camera battery died while I was out so I had to use my phone but I hope you enjoy them either way! As you can see my Berlin days involved lots of yummy treats and some shopping as well! Ciao a tutti e buon sabato! I giori passati sono stati davvero frenetici, ho avuto un sacco di lavoro da sbrigare  e un sacco di pranzi e cene per fare gli auguri ad alcuni amici, ma sono riuscita ad arrivare indenne al fine settimana quindi ho pensato di mostrarvi le ultime foto scattate a Berlino :) La qualità non è ottima perchè la batteria della mia macchina fotografica ha deciso di abbandonarmi mentre ero fuori e così le ho scattate con il cellulare, ma spero vi piaceranno lo stesso! Come potete vedere durante i giorni a Berlino mi sono concessa deliziosi docetti, un sacco di camminate e anche un bel po' di shopping! Finalmente sono riuscita a vedere di persona il negozio di & Other Stories, che è stupendo e ovviamente ne ho approfittato, comunque vi mostrerò presto i miei acquiti, quindi tornate a trovarmi!
