Kerrie Hess for Ladurée

 

Who doesn't love Ladurée? Well I certainly do and I love to collect their little Ladurée boxes and keep them on display in my room. So when I heard the brand is coming out with a new design in collaboration with Kerrie Hess I was very excited! Kerrie Hess is an extremely talented (and well known) Australian illustrator, her works had been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Talter to mention a few and she collaborated with brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade. Basically I'm pretty sure you have seen her works somewhere. I adore the fresh, springy, pastel colors she used to illustrate these limited edition Ladurée boxes and I can't wait to grab them all!! The collection will be available in Ladurée stores by the end of April. Do you like it? Which one is your favourite?

Chi non adora le scatoline colorate di Ladurée? Un vero sogno per i golosi e per chi, come me, apprezza l'estetica e la cura dei dettagli. In camera mia ho una vera propria collezione di queste famose scatoline, specialmente le edizioni limitate che sono sempre bellissime. Potrete quindi immaginare la mia felicità quando ho saputo che Kerrie Hess avrebbe collaborato con il marchio. Per chi non lo sapesse, Kerrie Hess è una famosissima e talentuosa illustratrice Australiana le cui illustrazioni sono apparse su riviste come Vogue, Harper's Bazaar e Talter (per citarne alcuni) e ha collaborato con marchi prestigiosissimi, quali Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade e via dicendo. Insomma sono sicura che avrete visto le sue illustrazioni da qualche parte! Adoro i colori pastello e lo stile fresco e primaverile che ha scelto per illustrate le scatoline di Ladurée! Saranno disponibili nei negozi Ladurée alla fine di Aprile! Io non vedo l'ora di prenderle tutte e voi? Qual è la vostra preferita?

Wandering around Florence

Hello everyone! Since my bf is working this weekend I'm by myself, so I decided to spend the morning wandering around Florence and of course I ened up doing some shopping as well ;) I went to COS and I picked up two very basic tops, one striped and one black. I also popped into Tiger just to browse really but I couldn't left empty handed could I?! I got two pens...yeah I know...Before heading back home I stopped at Ladurée for some macarons and well I had such a lovely morning! Sometimes you just need some "me" time! Ciao a tutti! Visto che il mio ragazzo lavora questo fine settimana, oggi sono sola soletta e ho deciso di passare la mattinata in giro per Firenze...ovviamente ho fatto anche un po' di shopping ;) Sono stata da COS e ho preso due top basici, uno a righe e uno nero. Poi ho fatto un salto da Tiger, così tanto per dare un'occhiata, ma potevo uscire a mani vuote?! No, ovviamente...ho preso due penne...sì lo so ho un problema...Prima di tornare a casa mi sono fermata da Ladurée per prendere dei macarons e beh devo dire che mi sono proprio rilassata! A volte ci vuole proprio un po' di tempo per noi! Spero che il post vi sia piaciuto e vi auguro una buona giornata!

I love Ladurée and I love Sonny Angels so I think this collaboration is something I just can't pass! I mean look how cute they are!!

My weekend in pictures

Hello everyone! How was your weekend? Mine was really good :) My bf and I went shopping in Florence and I could not pay a little visit to Ladurée!! After a quick lunch we went to Radio Shout in Fiesole because my boyfriend was invited to take part in one of their shows Profiling John Does with the guys of Moveorama. During the show they introduced me as well and asked a few question. It was really cool! We spent the rest of the evening there talking about future projects and over all it was really a great weekend, too bad it's over already!!

Ciao a tutti! Come è andato il fine settimana? Il mio è stato davvero piacevole :) Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati a fare un giro in centro a Firenze e ovviamente mi sono dovuta fermare da Ladurée!! Dopo un pranzo veloce, ci siamo recati a Fiesole alla sede di Radio Shout dove il mio ragazzo era stato invitato per prendere parte a Profiling John Does dei ragazzi di Moveorama, che durante la trasmissione hanno coinvolto anche me XD ci siamo trattenuti poi li per parlare di alcuni progetti futuri davvero interessanti. Insomma è stato davvero un bel fine settimana, peccato che dura sempre troppo poco!!
