50 shades of pink

I love pink in every single one of its shades and when summer get closer I like to include it in my make-up routine as well.  As you know I love pinky-nude lips but sometimes I like to dare and wear something more adventurous like Pink Punch from Maybelline which is a gorgeous fuchsia pink, it has blue undertones that makes your teeth look wither. For nails my favourite color in the pink/fuchsia range is Pink Flamenco by OPI, it's a good quality polish and lasts a good 4-5 days on my nails. I'm totally into Clinique Color Pop range and their blushers are fabulous! I have the shade n. 03 Berry Pop but I can't wait to get more of those. Still in the lips department I had to include my lip oil from Clarins, it's a really cool concept, looks nice on the lips and keeps them moist. For fragrance, Daisy Eau so Fresh by Marc Jacobs it's always a good choice, very fresh indeed. I like the rollerball version that you can throw in your purse and use on the go! Adoro il rosa in tutte le sue declinazione e specialmente quando si avvicina l'estate, mi trovo a portarlo di più e includerlo nella mia make-up routine. Come sapete, per quanto riguarda i rossetti mi piacciono quelli rosa nude, ma quando voglio osare un po' di più mi piace molto il fucsia e Pink Punch di Maybelline è un'ottima opzione. Ha un sottotono freddo, quindi fa sembrare i denti più bianchi. Per quanto riguarda gli smalti, rimaniamo sul fucsia e il mio preferito è Pink Flamenco di OPI, è di ottima qualità e su di me, dura 4-5 giorni. Sono una grande fan della linea Color Pop di Clinique e adoro i loro blush! Ho il colore n. 3 Berry Pop e non vedo l'ora di provarne altri. Ma torniamo a parlare di labbra e a questo proposito non potevo non includere il Lip Oil di Clarins, mi piace molto questo concetto, è carinissimo sulle labbra e le mantiene morbidissime. Parliamo invece di profumi e qui la mia scelta ricade (sempre) su Daisy Eau So Fresh di Marc Jacobs. Mi piace portare con me la versione rollerball, comodissima da mettere in borsa e applicare durante la giornata. Wish, wish...

Hi everyone! This week just started and I'm already trying to catch up with all my plans, plus the beautiful sunny weather (finger crossed it will last) makes it really hard not to feel on holiday mode all the time XD As you can see from the photo above I really mean it! I have my fashion magazine, tribal necklace, lip oil and I'm ready for the beach...too bad it's not going to happen!! Does it happen to you too? Btw I wish you all a lovely day ;)

Ciao a tutti! Come state? Questa settimana è appena iniziata e io sto già correndo per cercare di organizzare tutti i miei impegni. Inoltre con questo bel sole (speriamo che duri) è davvero difficile concentrarsi sul lavoro e non sentirsi in modalità vacanza XD Come potete vedere dalla foto sopra, io sono prontissima per una giornata in spiaggia, con il mio giornale di moda, la collana tribale e il lip oil di Clarins...peccato che non andrà così e passerò la giornata in ufficio! Capita anche a voi? Comunque auguro a tutti vuoi  una buona giornata ;)

Clarins Instant Light lip comfort oil

Oil for your lips! Belive it or not this is a new trend for lip products. The main idea behind this is to combine make-up and skin care in one product. These beauty oils are slightly pigmented and give your lips a nice glossy look while at the same time protects them from dehydration. Clarins is one of the first brands to release this new lip oils. The Instant Light lip comfort oil came in two shades, yellow and pink. The yellow is basically clear while the pink has a slighly pinky sheen to it and smells of raspberries. What is interesting about these products is the texture, it's very bouncy and non sticky. I find it very comfortable to wear and so rich and moisturizing. It's basically a treatment that looks like a lip gloss, I really like it and I recommend you to try them out. Just keep in mind that this is oil so it has a wet feeling so if you don't like that I'd say skip it! YSL also has realeased some lip oils but they have a staining power to them and when the oil is gone you're left with a pretty nice tint on your lips! I like to try new products and I think this is a very nice one! Let me know if you decided to try them or if you have already gave lip oils a go!

Olio per le labbra! Che ci crediate o meno, questo è il nuovo trend per quello che riguarda i prodotti per le labbra. Il concetto è quello di unire un prodotto per il trucco a un trattamento di bellezza in un unico prodotto. Questi oli sono leggermente pigmentati e danno alle labbra un effetto lucido davvero molto carino e allo stesso tempo le proteggono, mantenendole idratate. Clarins è stato uno dei primi marchi a lanciare questo tipo di prodotto. Si chiama Instant Ligh lip comfort oil e ne esistono due colorazioni, una sul giallo e una sul rosa che è quella che ho io. Quella gialla è praticamente trasparente, mentre quella rosa ha appunto un leggerissimo colore rosato e sa di lampone. La cosa più interessante di questo tipo di prodotto è sicuramente la texture, la trovo molto elastica e per niente appiccicosa. È molto confortevole sulle labbra e in pratica è un trattamento che le mantiene idratate e protette, ma che sembra un gloss. Ovviamente trattandosi di un olio la sensazione è quella di un finish bagnato, quindi se non vi piace questa sensazione lo eviterei, altrimenti è davvero un ottimo prodotto che vi consiglio di provare! Anche YSL ha lanciato dei nuovi lip oil, ma a differenza di quelli di Clarins, quando la parte oleosa si assorbe lasciano sulle labbra una tinta carinissima! Personalmente adoro testare nuovi prodotti e questi sono stati un'ottima scoperta! Fatemi sapere se anche voi li avete provati o se vi piacerebbe provarli! Buona giornata!!

September favourites

Hi everyone! Here we are again for my monthly favourites! So let's get started and see what I've been enjoying this month!

BODY 

Lush Dolce Vita is one of the best smelling shower gel I own! It smells like honey and jasmine and leaves your skin soft and smelling delicious! It's a must have ;)

HAIR 

If you're looking for a good hair mask I recommend you to try Macadamia natural oil deep repair hair mask. It's just fabulous! I use it once a week as a treat to my hair and it makes them soft and shiny.

 

FACE

The first product is part of my french skin care haul and after properly testing it out I can say that Clarins Gentle exfoliator brightening toner is my new favourite! It's a toner that gently exfoliate your skin without irritating it so it's perfect for my sensitive skin. After using it for about a month I can say I'm really noticing a difference in my skin and this product has officially enetered (to stay) my skin care routine! Another product I've been liking a lot is Caudalie purifyng mask. I use it once a week and I found it clense my skin without stripping it out! Last but not least Clarins beauty flash balm. It's a sort of primer but you can also use on it's own and it makes your skin look fresher and radiant! You just need a tiny bit, you pat it on (do not rub) your face and after 10-15 minutes you can definitely see a difference!

RANDOM

For my random favourites this month I have to include this Ikea candle. I don't know if it has a name but it's the orange one and smells like mango!! So yummy :) I also loved wearing my Michael Kors bracelet paired with this eye bracelet from Accessorize!

MAKE-UP

My favourite of the bunch is Covergirl lash blast volume waterproof mascara! My lashes seems to enjoy this product a lot! It's very black and give them a nice curve, volume and the final look is natural. For my eyes I'm obsessed with Rimmel London Sacandalieyes eyeshadow paint in 006 Rich russet a beautiful bronze color with some shimmer in it. I like to apply it over a cream base because I find it glides on better this way and once it sets it doesn't move all day! For lips I've been loving both Revlon lip butter in Jucy Papaya a lovely peachy shade and Bourjois color boost in 04 Peach on the beach yet another peachy shade but more glossy!

Ciao a tutti ! Eccoci di muovo con il post dedicato ai miei prodotti preferiti del mese! Cominciamo e vediamo un po' quali sono!

CORPO 

Dolce Vita di Lush è uno dei bagno schiuma più buoni che ho! Profuma di miele e gelsomino e lascia la pelle morbida e profumatissima!! Da provare ;)

CAPELLI

Se siete alla ricerca di una buona marchera per capelli vi consiglio di provare la Macadamia natural oil deep repair hair mask. E' davvero favolosa! La uso una volta alla settimana, quando voglio coccolare i miei capelli che lascia morbidissimi e lucidi!

  

VISO

Due di questi prodotti fanno parte dei miei acquisti francesi e dopo averli testati per un mesetto finalmente posso dirvi cosa ne penso! Il primo è il Clarins Gentle exfoliator brightening toner, che è entrato a pieno titolo nei miei must! E' un tonico che ha anche una funzione esfoliante e proprio perchè è estremamente delicato è perfetto per le pelli sensibili, come la mia. Dopo averlo usato per più di un mese devo dire che noto una differenza nella mia pelle e questo prodotto si è inserito (stabilmente) nella mia routine. L'altro prodotto che ho preso in Francia è la maschera purificante di Caudalie. La uso una volta alla settimana e m piace perchè pulisce la pelle in profondità senza aggredirla o seccarla. L'ultimo prodotto di questa categoria è il Beauty flash balm di Clarins. Diciamo che è una specie di primer che si può usare come base per il trucco o anche da solo. Rende l'aspetto della pelle più fresco e radioso, si apprica picchiettandolo sul viso (non strofinando)e dopo 10-15 minuti potete notare la differenza!

RANDOM

Per quanto riguarda i preferiti random, questo mese non potevo non includere questa candela di Ikea. Non so se ha un nome, comunque è quella arancione che profuma di mango!! Deliziosa :) Ho anche indossato un sacco il mio braccialetto di Michael Kors, portato insieme a quello a forma di occhio di Accessorize!

MAKE-UP

Il mio prodotto preferito del mese è senza dubbio il mascara di Covergirl lash blast volume waterproof! Pare proprio che le mie ciglia lo apprezzino molto! E' molto nero e mantiene bene la curvatura delle ciglia, aggiungendo volume ma con un risultato naturale. Come ombretto mi sono innamorata dello Sacandalieyes eyeshadow paint n. 006 rich russet di Rimmel London, che è un bellissimo color bronzo, leggermente shimmer. Mi piace applicarlo dopo aver steso una base cremosa sull'occhio, perchè trovo che così sia più semplice da sfumare e una volta che si fissa non si muove per tutto il giorno! Per le labbra i miei preferiti sono il lip butter di Revlon nel colore 027 Jucy Papaya, un color pesca delizioso e Peach on the beach di Bourjois sempre sul pesca ma con un finish glossy!

August favourites

Hi guys! Another month has flown by and this means it's time for my monthly favourites!!

BODY 

As you may know I went on holiday so I decided to take mini sized products with me to save space! I loved Soap & Glory Clean on me shower gel which have a very rich and moisturizing texture and smells delicious! I also really enjoyed using Kiehl's Coriander body lotion. Fun fact is I don't like coriander in my food but apparently I love the scent and this moisturizer worked really well for me leaving my skin soft and smelling amazing! I'm almost out if it so I'll be probably getting a bigger bottle next time I go to Kiehl's!

HAIR 

For my hair I really loved L'Oreal Ever Riche conditioner. It's very creamy and works great on my hair leaving them soft and detangled. Too bad I can't find it where I live :( Another favourite of mine was the Phyto keratin serum. You can use it both on dry or damp hair and helps to repair damaged ends and keeps your hair looking shiny and healthy!

 

FACE

I already talked about Inca Rose sheet mask HERE but I'm just going to say that it's really amazing and definitely worths trying it out! I'd been using this Clarins gentle exfoliating toner which is really a nice product. Basically it's a toner but it gently exfoliate you skin at the same time. It doesn't have beads in it so it can be use every day becase it's super delicate on the skin!

RANDOM

My favourite item of the month was without any doubts these shorts for Zara! They are so comfy and I like that they are a little bit distress but not too much. I lived in them through all my vacation XD

MAKE-UP

I didn't wear much make-up this month, just a little bit of mascara and some lip balm! My favourites were Burt's Bees Mango lip balm and Clarins lip perfector in n. 04. Both very natural but looks good on the lips and keep them moist! I also liked NYX jumbo pencil in Milk to illuminate my inner conrners or browbone!

NAILS

For nails I loved OPI nail polish in Alpine Snow. White nail polish was really on trend so I decided to give it a go and ended up really liking it!

Ciao ragazzi! Un altro mese è volato via e questo significa che è il momento di condividere con voi i miei prodotti preferiti del mese!!

CORPO 

Come forse saprete questo mese sono stata in vacanza e ho approfittato per mettere in valigia alcuni mini prodotti! Mi è piaciuto molto il bagnoschiuma di Soap & Glory Clean on me. Molto cremoso e profumatissimo. Un altro prodotto che ho adorato è la crema per il corpo al coriandolo di Kiehl's. La cosa buffa è che odio il coriandolo nel cibo, ma evidentemente mi piace il suo porfumo e questo idratante è davvero ottimo, lascia la pelle morbida e ha un profumo fresco, perfetto per l'estate! L'ho quasi finito e penso che ricomprerò la confezione grande!

CAPELLI

Per quanto riguarda i prodotti per capelli, mi sono innamorata del balsamo Ever Riche di L'Oreal. Ha una formula molto nutriente che lascia i capelli morbidi e senza nodi. Purtroppo non si trova in Italia per ora :( Un altro prodotto che ho adorato è il siero alla cheratina di Phyto. Si può usare sia sui capelli asciutti che bagnati, aiuta a riparare le punte rovinate e dando ai capelli un aspetto sano e luminoso!

  

VISO

Vi ho già parlato di questa maschera di Inca Rose QUI, quindi mi limito solo a ribadire che è fantastica e merita sicuramente di essere provata! Sto usando anche il Gentle exfoliating toner di Clarins, che in pratica è un tonico con funzione esfoliante. Proprio perchè è estremamente delicato può essere usato tutti i giorni ed è decisamente un prodotto fantastico!

RANDOM

Il capo che ho sicuramente utilizzato di più questo mese è stato

Devo dire che questo mese non ho utilizzato molto il trucco, solo un poì di mascara e una passata di burrocacao. I miei preferti del mese sono stati il lip balm al mango di Burt's Bees e il lip perfector di Clarins nel colore n. 04. Entrambi super naturali ma molto carini!

Ho utilizzato anche la Jumbo pencil di NYX nel colore Milk, per illuminare la parte interna dell'occhio e l'arcata sopracciliare!

 

UNGHIE

Per le unghie mi è piaciuto un sacco lo smalto Alpine Snow di OPI. Lo smalto bianco è stato molto di moda questa estate e così ho deciso di provarlo, così per divertimento ed è finito per piacermi un sacco!
