Valentine's day is just round the corner so when Farfetch asked me to collaborate with them taking part in a very exclusive contest I was over the moon.

For those of you who don't know, Farfetch is a luxury brand website, where un can find a great selection of clothes, accessories, bags, shoes, jewelry for men and women...basically any fashion lover's dream!!

For the contest I had to put together two different looks for Valentine's Day and let me tell you, with that much of choice it wasn't easy! In the end I went for a classy, sophisticated look for her with a gorgeous Hérve Léger printed dress, a little black jacket and very chic yet edgy accessories. Can we talk about those Gianvito Rossi pumps please?! Well this is definitely a look I'd love to wear for Valentines's Day...or any day really!

For him I went for a more casual vibe, creating a modern and edgy look. I think the Saint Laurent biker jacket is the star of the show. I love the black hardware and its sleek cut. Balmain biker jeans goes so well with this style but to make it a tad smarter I paired them with a very classic sweater, a pair of suede ankle boots and awesome accessories. My favourite is definitely the backpack, so elegant and unique.

San Valentino è alle porte, quindi immaginerete il mio entusiasimo quando sono stata contattata da Farfetch per partecipare ad un contest esclusivo in occasione di questo giorno.

Per chi di voi non lo conoscesse, Farfetch è un sito internazionale dove potete trovare in vendita capi dei marchi più prestigiosi sul mercato. Hanno una selezione davvero ampia di spendidi abiti, acessori, borse, scarpe sia da uomo che da donna...insomma è il paradiso di chi ama la moda!!

Per il contest ho messo insieme due look per il giorno degli innamorati e lasciate che ve lo dica, con una selezione così ampia, non è stato affatto semplice! Alla fine ho optato per un look da donna classico e sofisticato, con il bellissimo abito stampato di Hérve Léger, una giacchina nera e accessori chic ma grintosi.

Vogliamo parlare delle scarpe di Gianvito Rossi?! Che dire, è un look che sicuramente mi piacerebbe indossare, per San Valentino...e per qualsiasi altra occasione!

Per lui ho scelto invece un look più casual ma comunque moderno ed elegante.

La giacca in pelle di Saint Laurent è sicuramente la star dello show. Adoro la metalleria nera e il taglio minimal e raffinato. Ho abbinato una paio di biker jeans di Balmain, che si combinano alla perfezione con questo stile e per rendere il tutto più elegante un maglioncino classico dalla stampa geometrica, un paio di stivaletti scamosciati e accessori che si fanno notare. Come ad esempio lo zaino di Saint Laurent, unico nel suo genere.

Summer is the perfect time to get together with your friends and spend some quality time outside, so today I decided to share with you my inspiration board to throw the perfect pool party because...well, they're my favorites! When it's hot outside there's nothing more satisfying than being in a pool right?! Well you can add some Flamingo floats and it can't really get any cooler than that! You need some music of course and a little something like Sunny Life Beach Sounds is just great, it looks (and is) like a vintage radio from outside but when you flip it open you'll find a jack to hook up your portable music player or phone. As far as decor goes I recommend you hang a few paper lanterns, because they're inexpensive and so chic, plus when it starts to get dark you can lit them on for a very soft, chilled effect. To keep this vibe you can add some fun candles here and there, the more the better and you can really get creative, choosing some fun shapes or colors like those you see in my inspiration board shaped like pineapples and flamingos. To entertain your guests you should get one of those underwater disposable (or not) cameras, so that your friends can take photos in the pool and it'll be awesome to watch them together. Talking about food and drinks the possibilities are endless but if you need any just go on Pinterest, I'm sure you'll find what you need. Of course you got to have Popsicles and ice cream, as well as fresh fruit, lemonade, iced tea and maybe some cocktails for later. I personally love to take care of every single aspect of the organization of this kind of events and I think it's really cool to send your guests an invitation. A website like Paperless Post has such an amazing choice of invitations with unique, fun designs that you can customize to suit your taste. You should absolutely check their website and I'm sure you'll find something you like. Are you excited for my pool party? Well I definitely am!!

L'estate è il momento perfetto per riunirsi con gli amici all'aperto, così oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia inspiration board per organizzare un party in piscina! Quando è caldo non c'è niente di meglio che fare un bel bagno rinfrescante e anche se non siamo più bambini, i gonfiabili a forma di animale sono sempre gettonatissimi. Il mio preferito è quello a forma di fenicottero. Ovviamente ci vuole un po' di musica per intrattenere i vostri ospiti e un oggetto come la radio di ispirazione vintage di Sunny Life è perfetto. È una radio dall'aspetto retrò ma al suo interno contiene jack al quale potete collegare un lettore mp3 portatile o un cellulare e riprodurre le vostre canzoni preferite. Come decorazioni vi consiglio di utilizzare le lanterne di carta, che costano poco, sono carinissime e quando cala la sera offrono un punto luce soft, non troppo invasivo. Oltre a quello vi consiglio di utilizzare le candele, magari di forme e colori divertenti, come quelle a forma di ananas o fenicottero che vedete nell'immagine sopra. Un'idea carina per intrattenere i vostri ospiti potrebbe essere quella di procurarvi una macchinetta fotografica subacquea, anche di quelle usa e getta, i vostri amici si divertiranno a scattare foto in piscina, che poi potrete riguardare insieme. Per quanto riguarda cibo e bevande, non c'è che da sbizzarrirsi e un'ottima fonte d'ispirazione per trovare ricette di tutti i tipi è Pinterest. Direi che i ghiaccioli o gelato non devono mai mancare, così come frutta fresca e bevande rinfrescanti, limonata, thé freddo e magari qualche cocktail per l'aperitivo. Personalmente amo curare ogni singolo aspetto di questo genere di occasioni e trovo carina l'idea di mandare un invito cartaceo ai partecipanti. Un sito come Paperless Post offre una vastissima scelta di inviti per ogni occasione e vi permetterà di trovare quello che fa per voi. Sarà che ho una gran voglia di andare in vacanza ma non vedo l'ora di partecipare alla mia festa in piscina e voi?

Reds and corals

Hello everyone! How are you doing? The weather these past few days was really awesome and warm. It feels almost like summer more than spring...so I decided to pop out my drawers a few make-up items that are definitely appropriate for the season. I love reds and corals, especially during the warmer months and my latest addiction is Chanel nail polish in the shade n. 717 Coquelicot, a gorgeous poppy red, which is one of my favourite flowers and just looking at it put me in a good mood. For lips I like to wear corals but not too brigth and Revlon lipbutter in Jucy Papya is right up my street. You can't go wrong with a coral blush and one of my favourite is Lover from Illamasqua a beautiful shade that suits all skintones! Ciao a tutti! Come state? Il clima in questi giorni è stato davvero incredibile, fa caldo e sembra quasi più estate che primavera...quindi ho deciso di tirare fuori alcuni trucchi che trovo perfetti per questa stagione. Adoro il rosso e il corallo in tutte le loro declinazioni, specialmente nel mesi più caldi e la mia ultima fissa è lo smalto di Chanel, nel colore n. 717 Coquelicot, un bellissimo rosso papavero, che è uno dei miei fiori preferiti e mi mette di buon umore soltanto a guardarlo! Per le labbra mi piace portare rossetti color corallo, ma scelgo sempre formule non troppo intense e il Lipbutter di Revlon, nel colore Jucy Papaya è davvero perfetto. Con un blush color corallo non si sbaglia mai e la mia scelta è ricaduta su Lover di Illamasqua, bellissimo, a lunga tenuta e sta bene praticamente a tutte! I've never been into the Kardashian-hype till I found out about Kendall Jenner. She's one of the younger sisters of Kim & co., she started her own career as a model and she quickly became one of the most popular girls on the runway. Unlike her sisters she likes to wear more basic pieces and I find her style really polished, fresh and classy so I decided to share with a few of my favourite looks. As you can see she's a skinny jeans and boots kinda gal...so how could I not love her?!

È una delle sorelle più giovani di Kim & co., ha iniziato la carriera di modella ed è presto divenata una delle ragazze più popolari in passerella. A differenza delle sue sorelle, ha un look più semplice, meno carico e le piace portare pezzi basici, trovo il suo look molto pulito, fresco e moderno, quindi ho deciso di condividere con voi alcuni dei miei look preferiti di Kendall.
