February favourites

February is almost over so you know it's time to talk about my favourites! Let's jump right into it! 

SKIN-CARE 

You know I love my clenasing balms and this month I started using the one from Emma Hardie. It's her moringa cleanser and smells like heaven but the best part is removing it with the muslin cloth you get in the box. It takes aways all of your make-up and it make it a pleasant experience!! I'm also trying a new eye cream, it's from Benefit and it's really nice. It's not too rich or heavy and gives just the right amount of moist. 

BODY

I love the idea of a moisturizer that you can apply while you're in the shower and I was using the Lush one, which I love but it's kind of expensive. So I was really pleased to find a cheaper alternative from Nivea. This moisturizer smells nice and leave your skin super soft!

HAIR
I like those mini kit from Bumble and Bumble, they allow you to test out a product before committing to a full size. My favourite this month was from their Hairdresser's Invisible oil range and it's the heat protecting primer. It's very light, doesn't built up in your hair and protects them from heat, plus it smells really nice! 

MAKE-UP 

I love Eyeko mascaras! This one if from Alexa Chung collab and it's great! It has a huge wand, that lenghtens and separates the lashes for a gorgeous and chic look. A new addition to my make-up bag is the Silkissime liner from L'Oreal. I enjoyed using the brown one to thicken my lash line or smudge it for a slightly smokey effect. These eyeliner are very long lasting and a great deal for the price! I had to include a lip product and my lipstick of choice for this month is from Nars Audacious lipsticks in the colour Anita, a beautiful nude pink, very creamy and comfortable to wear!

RANDOM 

I rekindle my love for my House of Harlow 1960 necklace, it's such a gorgeous piece of jewelry! It looks great on any outfit! I also been loving wearing tiny little earrings preferably non matching XD

Febbraio è praticamente finito, quindi come sapete, è tempo di parlare dei miei prodotti preferiti del mese! Cominciamo!!

SKIN-CARE 
Sapete che adoro i miei cleansing balms e questo mese ho iniziato ad usarne uno nuovo. Si tratta del Moringa cleanser di Emma Hardie. È un ottimo prodotto, ha un profumo buonissimo ed è davvero un piacere rimuoverlo con il panno che trovate nella confezione. Porta via il trucco in una passata e rende il tutto un'esperienza decisamente piacevole!! Sto provando una nuova crema per il contorno occhi, è di Benefit e mi piace molto. Non è troppo ricca o pesante ma idrata alla perfezione questa zona super delicata del nostro viso.

CORPO

Adoro l'idea di una crema idratante da usare sotto la doccia e fino ad ora ho sempre usato quella di Lush, che è favolosa, ma decisamente cara. Quindi sono stata felicissima di trovare un'alternativa di Nivea, che costa molto meno e che funziona allo stesso modo. Ha una profumazione piacevole e lascia la pelle morbidissima! 

CAPELLI

Mi piace provare i mini kit di Bumble and Bumble, sono un ottimo modo di testare un prodotto prima di comprare la versione grande. E proprio testando il kit della linea Hairdresser's Invisible oil, ho scoperto un prodotto davvero fantastico. Si tratta dello spray heat protecting primer. È leggerissimo, non appesantisce i capelli e li protegge dal calore del phon o della piastra, inoltre ha un profumo buonissimo! 

MAKE-UP 

Amo i mascara di Eyeko! Quello che vedete in foto è della collezione che hanno fatto, in collaborazione con Alexa Chung ed è favoloso! L'applicatore è davvero enorme, allunga e separa le ciglia per un look super chic. Ho finalmente provato le matite di L'Oreal Silkissime. Sono fantastiche, hanno una tenuta di tutto rispetto e il prezzo è ottimo! Questo mese ho usato moltissimo quella marrone, per scurire l'attaccatura delle ciglia o sfumata per un leggerissimo effetto smokey. Per finire, non potevo non includere un rossetto e la mia scelta questo mese, ricade su Anita dei Nars Audacious lipsticks, un bellissimo nude rosato, molto cremoso e facile da portare! 

RANDOM

Questo mese ho riscoperto la mia collana di House of Harlow 1960, è davvero un oggetto supendo e sta bene con tutto! Un'altra mia passione del mese, sono stati gli orecchini piccoli da portare possibilmente spaiati XD

January favourites

Hello everyone! January is over so it's time to share my monthky favourites! I hope you enjoy ;)

SKIN-CARE

I love serums and my favourite brand is Caudalie. I started using their anti-wrinkle defense serum and I'm really loving it! It smooths your skin and goes perfectly under make-up. During the cooler months I like to use very rich hand creams because my hands tends to get relly dry and the best one in my opinion is Eucerin hand cream. It makes your skin so soft and it's not greasy. I always keep a tube in my handbag!

MAKE-UP

Urban Decay Naked2 basics is The Bomb. I loved the orginal but this one is even better. The shades are buttery soft, very pigmented and perfect to create so many different looks. If you like matte eyeshadow definitely give this a go. Plus is very compact so it's great for travelling. My best find of the month is By Terry ombre blackstar. It's an eyeshadow stick, very longlasting and pigmented, so easy to apply. You just smudge it on your eyelids, blend with your fingers and you're good to go. I have the color Brown perfection but there are so many gorgeous shades in the range that I can't wait to try out more. For my lips all I've been using is Dior Addict gloss in the shade 452 Ailée, a gorgeous creamy nude pink. This make your lips appear fuller and although is a gloss is quite longlasting. 

 

HAIR

I finally caved and got myself a mini can of Klorane dry shampoo. It's amazing, gives volume and keep your hair looking fresh in between washes. The smell is clean and non offensive, which is always a plus for me.

 

NAILS

This month I hit Sephora a couple times to check out Chanel Spring collection. Let me tell you: it's just gorgeous! I love all three new nail polishes but my favourite is n. 643 Désirio. It's a gougeous fucsia with a tiny bit of purple shimmer in it but you can't really see it once you apply it on your nails. It's very creamy and easy to apply, I love it!

 

RANDOM

I'm loving Sali Hughes Pretty Honest book. It's filled with great info about make-up and skin care. If you love beauty you don't wanna miss it! For jewelry I've been wearing non stop this little, dainty bracelet from Brandy Melville and my beloved rings for House of Harlow, I never get bored of this combo!

Ciao a tutti! Siamo alla fine di Gennaio e quindi è il momento di parlare dei miei preferiti del mese! Spero vi piacciano!

SKIN-CARE

Adoro i sieri e la mia marca preferita è senza dubbio la Caudalie. Ho provato il loro siero anti rughe e devo dire che mi sta piacendo moltissimo. Rende la pelle liscia, luminosa ed è perfetto da apllicare prima del trucco. Durante i mesi più freddi applico sempre una crema per le mani, perché le mie tendono a diventare davvero molto secche. La migliore secondo me è quella di Eucerin, rende la pelle morbidissima e soprattutto non è appiccicosa. Ne porto sempre un tubetto in borsa!

 

MAKE-UP

La Naked2 Basic palette di Urban è favolosa. Mi è piaciuta molto anche l'originale, ma questa è ancora meglio. Gli ombretti sono burrosi, molto pigmentati e perfetti per creare un numero infinito di look diversi. Se vi piacciono gli ombretti opachi, dovete provarla assolutamente. Inoltre è compatta e perfetta da portare in viaggio. La mia scoperta migliore del mese, è senza dubbio l'Ombre Blackstar di By Terri. È un ombretto in stick, davvero a lunga tenuta, molto pigmentato e facilissimo da applicare. Basta una passata all'attaccatura delle ciglia da sfumare con le dita e siete pronte! Ho il colore Brown Perfection, ma ci sono tantissimi altri colori stupendi che non vedo l'ora di provare. Per le labbra ho usato moltissimo il gloss Dior Addict nel colore 452 Ailée, un bellissimo e cremoso rosa nude. Questo prodotto fa apparire le labbra piene e nonstante sia un gloss ha una buona tenuta.

CAPELLI

Finalmente mi sono decisa a provare lo shampo secco di Klorane. È fantastico, aggiunge volume e rinfresca i capelli tra un lavaggio e l'altro. Ha una profumazione delicata e per niente offensiva, che dal mio punto di vista, è sempre un valore aggiunto. 

 

UNGHIE

Questo mese sono passata un paio di volte da Sephora, per vedere la collezione primaverile di Chanel. Lasciate che vi dica che è davvero bellissima! I tre smalti presenti in collezione, sono uno più bello dell'altro ma il mio preferito è il n. 643 Désirio. Un delizioso rosa fuxia con una punta di shimmer viola, che però non si nota una volta applicato sulle unghie. La formula è molto cremosa, facile da stendere, insomma lo adoro! 

RANDOM

Se ancora non ve ne avessi parlato abbastanza, adoro il libro di Sali Hughes Pretty Honest. È un libro davvero interessante, pieno di ottimi consigli e se amate il mondo del trucco, non potete perdervelo assolutamente! Per quanto riguarda gli accessori ho portato non-stop il mio braccialetto di Brandy Melville e gli anelli di House of Harlow, adoro questa combinazione!

Let go to beach, each...

 

Ok let's pretend for a second that outside isn't pouring rain and let's picture ourself on the beach ready to enjoy a beautiful sunny day!! Well this isn't gonna happen...for me at least but this is the outfit I'd like to wear: super high waisted shorts, stripy top and a bold necklace! Do you like it? Do you like high waisted shorts? This is my first pair ever and I really like them even though they're out of my comfort zone, so we'll see! When the weather will allow me to I'll show you how they look on :)

Ok facciamo finta per una secondo che fuori non stia diluviando e immaginiamoci di essere sulla spiaggia, pronti a goderci una fantastica giornata di sole!! Beh questo non succederà...almeno per quanto mi riguarda, ma all'occorrenza mi vestire così: shorts a vita altissima, maglietta a righe e una bella collana importante! Vi piace? Che ne pensate degli shorts a vita alta? Questo è il mio primo paio, mi piacciono molto ma escono un po' dal mio solito stile, vediamo se quando esce il sole riuscirò a mostrarveli indossati :)

Hello there! How are you? I'm freezing >_< I wish I could go out wrapped up in a blanket!! This weekend I went to the cinema to see Django Unchained and I really enjoyed it! Have you seen it? Oscar de La Renta for Richard Ginori

I share with my mum a deep love for bold pieces of decor, so when she saw this beautiful plate by Oscar de la Renta for Richard Ginori (the famous Florentine porcelain factory) she immediately thought I would have loved it. Well I do! It was a limited edition and before it went sold out I managed to get a couple more to give away to my friends for Christmas! I think it's so unique and I really like the colors and the design :) I'm currently using it to display my favorite pieces of jewelry and I'm in love with it! Do you like it? Condivido con mia mamma una profonda passione per oggetti per la casa particolare, quindi quando ha visto questo bellissimo piatto di Oscar de la Renta per Richard Ginori (la famosa azienda fiorentina specializzata in porcellane) ha subito pensato che mi sarebbe piaciuto. Beh aveva ragione! Si tratta di un'edizione limitata quindi prima che fossero esauriti, ne ho presi altri, da regalare a Natale ai miei amici! Trovo questo piatto davvero particolare e adoro i suoi colori e la fantasia :) Al momento lo sto usando per riporre i miei gioielli preferiti e lo adoro! A voi piace? Hi everyone! Back on track for another veery intense week! How did your weekend go? Mine was fun but unfortunately on Saturday I felt sick T_T you can probably tell by my face...btw after some rest and a good sleep I was feeling healty again! But let's go back to the outfit I chose for the day. I decide to add a tribal touch to this very simple and cozy outfit adding a bold necklace and a tribal print pair of jeans! I hope you like it!!

Rainy day

 

Hi everyone!! How was your weekend? Once again I was in Umbria to stay with my bf :) the weather was kinda a pain in the butt...T_T pouring rain over and over again! So to fight the cold weather I layered up in a super cozy outfit and I had the chance to wear my braided sweater from Zara! I don't know if you remember that last year I was obsessed with THIS Stine Goya sweater (which is amazing) but I didn't manage to get it; and when I found this sweater at Zara I immediately thought it was a valuable alternative!! This same sweater came also in a lovely forest green and since it was just € 39.95 I decided to go back to Zara and get it but I wasn't able to find it...too bad! Btw I hope you like the look and I wish you all a great Monday ;)

Ciao a tutti! Com'è andato il fine settimana? Io ancora una volta l'ho passato Umbria per stare con il mio ragazzo :) il clima è stato davvero terribile T_T pioggia, pioggia e ancora pioggia! Quindi per combattere il freddo ho scelto di indossare un outfit a strati, bello caldo e ho finalmente approfittato per mettere il mio maglione con le trecce di Zara! Non so se vi ricordate che l'hanno scorso ero fissatissima con QUESTO maglione di Stine Goya (stupendo), che purtroppo non ero riuscita a trovare, quindi quando ho visto questo di Zara, ho subito pensato che sarebbe stato un'alternativa più che valida!! Lo stesso maglione c'era anche in un bellissimo verde scuro e visto che costa solo € 39.95 ho deciso di tornare da Zara per prenderlo, purtroppo però non sono riuscita a trovarlo (come spesso succede da Zara...peccato! Comunque spero che il look vi piaccia e vi auguro buon lunedì ;)
