Trendy lipstick for Fall

It's no secret I'm a lipstick addict so I though I'd share with you some trends for Fall and some of my favourite options! Every year when the leaves start falling we suddendly feel the urge to put on a bold lip (at least I do) and this Fall is no exception, dark vampy lips are everywhere! My favourite at the moment is Ingrid by Nars. Nars recently released a new lipstick formula called Audacious Lipstick and every colour has a woman name. They're really amazing lipsticks and the pigmentation is awesome, the have a new fancy packaging too. Ingrid is part of a limited edition collection exclusive to Barneys and Selfridges, so If you like it I'd grab one real quick! Since this is a limited edition I wanted to include a couple alternatives, Chanel Rouge Coco in n. 29 Ballet Russe, Revlon lipstick in the shade 663 Va va violet and Revlon lip crayon in n. 005 Crush. Another trend for the season is matte lipstick and the more exciting release is definitely Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution. It's a new range of 10 beautiful shade, all matte but what's cool about them is the texture. In fact they're not drying at all, they're really creamy and comfortable on the lips so that we can rock our matte look all day! I have the colour Amzing Grace which is a tea-rose, gorgeous shade. If you want an alternative you can try Rimmel by Kate lipsticks. I have the color 05 or the lip crayon from Revlon in the color n. 205 Elusive. Nars do some amzing matte lipstick in crayon from as well and they came in plenty of different shades! Last but not least we have berry shades, my favourite is Revlon lip butter in Berry Smoothie because it's easy to apply and you can build up the colour! Il fatto che ami i rossetti alla follia, non è certamente un segreto. Quindi ho pensato di condividere con voi alcuni dei trend autunnali e ovviamente mostrarvi i miei preferiti! Ogni anno quando iniziano a cadere le foglie, sentiamo improvvisamente il bisogno di mettere un rossetto scuro (o almeno succede a me) e questo autunno non fa eccezione, infatti gli scaffali delle profumerie si sono già riempiti di rossetti dai colori scuri! Il mio preferito al momento è di Nars nel colore Ingrid. La Nars ha recentemente lanciato una nuova linea di rossetti che si chiama Nars Audacious Lipstick e ogni colore ha un nome di donna. Sono davvero fantastici e il nuovo packaging è bellissimo. Ingrid fa parte di una collezione ad edizione limitata che si trova solo da Barneys e Selfridges, quindi se vi piace non ci penserei troppo. Tra quelli permanenti, ci sono un sacco di colori bellissimi e in Italia li trovate da Sephora! Visto che questa è un'edizione limitata ho voluto includere un altro paio di proposte come il Rouge Coco di Chanel nel colore n. 29 Ballet Russe, il rossetto di Revlon nel colore n. 663 Va va violet e il matitone, sempre di Revlon, nel colore n. 005 Crush. Un altro trend per questa stagione è quello dei rossetti matte e l'uscita più entusiasmante è senza dubbio quella di Charlotte Tilbury con i suoi Matte Revolution lipsticks. È una nuova linea di 10 rossetti tutti matte, ma la cosa più interessante è la texure. Infatti a differenza dei soliti rossetti opachi che seccano le labbra, questi hanno una formula molto più ricca e confortevole sulle labbra. Io ho il colore Amzing Grace che è un bellissimo rosa. Se volete un'alternativa vi consiglio di provare il rossetto di Rimmel by Kate nel colore 05 o il matitone di Revlon nel colore n. 205 Elusive. Ance la Nars fa dei fantastici matitoni opachi e si trovano davvero una serie infinita di colori diversi, da provare! Ultimo ma non meno importante il color Mirtillo. Il mio rossetto preferito in questo colore, è il lip butter di Revlon nel colore Berry Smoothie, è facile da applicare ed  è possibile renderlo più intenso con una seconda (o terza) passata! Mi piacciono tantissimo anche Plumful di Mac e il Chubby stick intense di Clinique nel colore 06 Roomiest Rose. The checked shirt

When Fall is coming around I always find a good excuse to get a new checked shirt! They're such a staple in my autumnal wardrobe and there are so many different models! I like to wear them with jeans, all buttoned up with rolled sleeves or completely unbuttoned, over a tank-top with a belt to define my waist. This time I'd been eyeing lots of monochrome ones and I find them such a chic, modern twist to your average checked shirt...and yes if you're trying to guess...this is my excuse for the season ;)

Quando arriva l'Autunno, trovo sempre una scusa per prendermi una nuova camicia a quadri! Sono un tale passepartout e se ne trovano un numero infinito di varianti! A me piace portarle con i jeans, abbottonate fino in cima e con le maniche arrotolate, ma anche completamente sbottonate, con sotto una canotta e magari una cintura a definire il punto vita. Questa stagione ho visto in giro un sacco di modelli monocromatici, la trovo una variante molto chic e moderna della classica camicia a quadri...e sì, se ve lo stavate domandando, questa sarà la mia scusa, questa volta ;)A voi piacciono le camicie a quadri? Qual'è il vostro modello preferito? Ah dimenticavo, quella nella foto è di Zara.

My top 5 nail polish picks for Fall

As Fall is slowly approaching I'd like to share with you my top 5 nail polishes for the upcoming season!

A deep dark blue like Chanel Orage is super chic for Fall, I never use to wear blue nail polish but in the past couple years it has grown on me and this one in particular is amazing! During Fall my favourite colour to wear on my nails is definitely burgundy and one of my most used polishes is Essie Bahama Mama, a gorgeous, not too dark bugundy red which is a must in every collection!

Brow polish is a trend for Fall and Essie Sole Mate is the perfect warm chocolate brown to embrace it!! If you're not into dark colours you should try a nude. My favourite is OPI Tickle my France-y a lovely nude with pink undertones. It's very polished and chic and it doesn't make your hands look mannequin-like. Since is my all time favourite colour I have to include a true red! I think it's timeless and extremely chic, my favourite is Revlon in n. 680 Revlon Red! Visto che l'autunno si avvicina, ho pensato di parlarvi dei miei 5 smalti preferiti per questa stagione! 

Un blu scuro e intenso, come Orage di Chanel, è davvero perfetto per l'autunno! Fino a qualche anno fa non amavo particolarmente questo colore, adesso invece lo adoro e questo di Chanel è bellissimo! In autunno, il mio colore preferito è il bordeaux e lo smalto di Essie Bahama mama, è decisamente quello che uso più spesso. Ha un colore ricco, non troppo scuro e si stende benissimo, per me è un must in ogni collezione di smalti! Uno dei trend per la prossima stagione è lo smalto marrone e Sole mate di Essie è un bellissimo color cioccolato che si presta perfettamente allo scopo! Se i colori scuri non fanno per voi, perchè non provare un nude? Il mio preferito è Tickle my France-y di OPI, un color nude con toni sul rosa che conferisce alla mani un aspetto curato e chic, senza farle sembrare quelle di un manichino. Per finire, visto che il mio colore preferito (in tutte le stagioni) non potevo non includere un bel rosso. È un colore senza tempo e davvero elegante, il mio preferito è di Revlon nel n. 680 Revlon Red! Si stende benissimo e dura un sacco!! Fall candles

I'm a candle lover and when Fall comes around I like to grab a couple new candles to set up the mood for the season. My favourite brand is Bath & Body Works and I decided to pick up two of their Mason Jar Candles. I got Leaves which is one of my all times favourites and I also got Cider Lane which smells just like apple cider and cinnamon!! So tell me guys do you like candles? Which one is your favourite?

Adoro le candele e quando arriva l'autunno ne aggiungo sempre un paio alla mia collezione, giusto per mettermi nello spirito della stagione. La mia marca preferita è Bath & Body Works e le candele che ho scelto sono della linea Mason Jar. My top 10 lipsticks for Fall

Since I am a lipstick addict I thought why not to share my top 10 lipsticks for Fall?! I have a huge selection so it wasn't easy... but these are my favourites so let's jump into it! When it cames to Fall we're all in for reds, plums and berry shades but I threw in a nude as well...just in case ;)

For reds my absolute favourite is Chanel Rouge Coco in the shade Gabrielle. It's such a classic and iconic red, you can't go wrong with it! I also love Mac Brick-O-la a gorgeous brick red shade which is very flattering and not to bold! Another red lipstick that I really like is Clinique Chubby stick intense in Mightiest Maraschino. This has more pink undertones, is very pigmented and creamy! Also from Clinique is Roomiest Rose a nice berry, perfect for this season! Still in the same family we have Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain in Crush, Revlon Sassy Mauve and Mac Plumful three beautiful shades which are super easy to wear and so flattering! If you're looking for something more bold you should try Revlon Va Va Violet a gorgeous dark plum lipstick or Rimmel London Apocalips in Stellar a very (I mean veery) bright red-pink. I love the formulation of Rimmel Apocalips they're very long lasting and so nice to wear and apply!
I could not complete my top 10 without including a nude and Urban Decay lipstick in the color Naked is the perfect shade. It's so natural "like your lips but better" and the formulation of these is quite amazing so I highly recommend you to check them out! Visto che li adoro, ho deciso di fare una lista dei mie 10 rossetti preferiti per l'Autunno! Ho una collezione piuttosto ampia... quindi non è stato semplice scegliere XD ma questi sono i miei preferiti, dunque cominciamo! In autunno i colori predominanti sono i rossi, il prugna, il malva ma non ho potuto fare a meno di includere anche un nude...giusto per non farci mancare niente ;)

Parlando di rosso il mio preferito in assoluto è della linea Chanel Rouge Coco  nel colore Gabrielle. E' davvero un classico ed iconico rosso, non potete sbagliare con questo colore! Mi piace moltissimo anche Brick-O-la di Mac, un rosso mattone portabilissimo perchè appunto non è troppo intenso. Sempre parlando di rossi non potevo non citare il Clinique Chubby stick intense, nel colore Mightiest Maraschino. E' un po' più sui toni del rosa ed è super pigmentato e cremosissimo, ma ha un'ottima durata! Sempre di Clinique mi piace anche Roomiest Rose un bellissimo rosa scuro, perfetto per questa stagione! Sempre sulle stesse note abbiamo il Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain nel colore Crush, Sassy Mauve sempre di Revlon e Plumful di Mac, tre colori stupendi che stanno bene a tutte! 
Se invece volete qualcosa di più intenso vi consiglio si provare Va Va Violet di Revlon un bellissimo color prugna scuro o il Rimmel Apocalips nel colore Stellar un rosso-rosa molto (e intendo moolto) acceso. Adoro la formulazione dei Rimmel Apocalips, durano un sacco, sono facili da applicare e non appiccicosi!
Non potevo completare la mia top 10 senza includere un nude e devo dire che Naked di Urban Decay è davvero perfetto! E' molto naturale, del tipo "le mie labbra ma meglio" e la formulazione è davvero incredibile, quindi vi consiglio di provarlo assolutamente!

Mini beauty and fashion haul

Hi guys! So here we are with a little fashion and beauty haul :) I went to Zara to get a pair of their famous leggings and I have to say they're really flattering so I'm looking forward to wearing them! They're made of a thick stretchy material which makes them A/W appropriate. I also got this white sweater from Pimkie. It has a zipper on the back and I love the sparkling thread that makes the pattern on it! Talking about beauty I decided to splurge and get Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate eye palette (I just got it in the mail); since is limited edition I didn't want to miss it out :) It contains five matte eye shadows, one shimmery and one sparkle plus a dual-ended brush. I love the size of it because it's perfect for travelling and you can create so many different looks! Then I got the new Armani perfume "Sì"...just because it smells amazing and I looove the packaging! I'm not good at describing scents so I recommend you to test it out next time you go to your local beauty store!! I hope you like the post and I wish you all a lovely day!

Ciao ragazzi! Oggi voglio mostrarvi alcuni acquisti recenti :) Sono stata da Zara per prendere un paio dei famosi leggings che stanno spopolando ultimamente e devo dire che sono davvero carini, non vedo l'ora di indossarli! Sono fatti di un materiale elastico abbastanza spesso, cosa che li rende perfetti per la stagione A/I. Ho preso anche un maglioncino bianco da Pimkie, ha una zip sulla parte posteriore e il motivo della maglia è deifinito da un filo di lurex!

Parlando invece di trucchi, ho deciso di investire nella palette Rich Chocolate eye palette di Bobbi Brown (l'ho ricevuta proprio stamani). Essendo una edizione limitata non me la volevo proprio perdere!! All'interno trovate 5 ombretti matte, uno shimmer e uno sparkle oltre a un pennello a doppia punta. Trovo che la misura di questa palette sia perfetta, specialmente se la volete portare in viaggio, visto che permette di creare davvero un sacco di look diversi! Poi ho preso "Sì" il nuovo profumo di Armani...semplicemente perchè adoro la confezione e ha un profumo buonissimo! Visto che non sono brava a descrivere i profumi, vi invito ad andarlo a provare la prossima volta che vi trovate in profumeria! Spero che il post vi piaccia e vi auguro una buona giornata!

Leopart print and leaves

Hi everyone! How are you? This week is going to be tough...but let's say Monday's gone so I just have 4 more days before the weekend...yeah...sort of XD Btw I wanted to share with you some pics from this past weekend! Bath and Body works and NYX haul

Hi everyone!! During Fall I'm totally obsessed with burning candles and Bath and Body Works has an amazing selection! Unfortunately their brand is very difficult to find outside the US but I managed to find a retailer in the Uk and I decided to stock up on some of their products! The candles are amazing!! I have one more coming up and a couple of poket hand sanitizers but they're not here yet! Btw my favourite candles in this bunch is Pumpkin Cupcake, it smells just like Fall!! I also got a couple of NYX products :) I love, love, love their products and look how cute the packaging is!! Do you like candles? What is your favourite scent for Fall?

Ciao a tutti! Durante l'autunno amo accendere delle candele profumate nella mia stanza e Bath and Body Works ha una scelta di fragranze davvero incredibile! Purtroppo i loro prodotti sono molti difficili da reperire fuori dall'America, ma ho trovato un negozio online in Inghilterra che tiene alcuni dei loro prodotti! Le candele sono fantastiche!! Ne ho ordinate altre, insieme ad alcuni gel anti-batterici in versione tascabile, ma non sono ancora arrivati! Comunque la mia candela preferita, tra quelle che ho preso, è sicuramente Pumpkin Cupcake, profuma proprio d'autunno!! Ho preso anche un paio di prodotti della NYX :) mi piacciono davvero un sacco e guardate quanto sono carine le confezioni!! A voi piacciono le candele?
