June favourites

Oh yes! It's June's favourites time :D

HAIR

I know, I know, you're probably sick of hearing me talk about Organix products but I love them so much I cannot help myself! This month I'd been loving their Argan oil of morocco conditioner. It's very rich without being thick or heavy and it has a lovely smell that lingers in your hair all day! Another nice product I want to mention is Dove dry shampoo. It's a clear spray which is great and the smell is very fresh. If you need to quickly fix your hair and you don't have time to wash it this is a great trick that would get the job done!

SKIN CARE

I already talked about this product here but I could not mention it in my favourites! I'm talking about Benefit Dream screen. It's great, very light sunscreen and doesn't break me out! I also loved Aesop chamomile mask. It' very soothing and it's a nice to use once a week to keep your pimples at bay or to calm things down if you have a major blemish situation!

MAKE-UP

This month I was really all about Hourglass and I get a very good use out of their Opaque rouge liquid lipstick in the shade Rose, a beautiful natural rosy color that is very long lasting. I love the matte finish and that it doesn't smudge even if you drink or eat but on the other hand it can be quite drying so keep that in mind. Another favourite was the Ambient lighting blush in the color Dim Infusion. It's a gorgeous peachy shade, very pretty on my pale skin and I'm sure it would look even more gorgeous with a little bit of a tan!

NAILS

I finally had the chance to try BarryM nail polishes and they're very nice! My favourite color is this pastelly blue in the shade Elderberry. It's one of their Gelly hi-shine polishes and it has a thick gel-like consistency (check out my instagram to see how it looks on the nails).

RANDOM

I got a new case for my phone from Garance Doré online shop. I fell in love with this multi-color checked design and I have to say the cover it's very good quality. I also been enjoying this set of three rings. It's a set of three pastel green rings connected to one another and to put them on you roll them down your finger.

Oh yes! È tempo di svelarvi i miei preferiti del mese di Giugno :D

CAPELLI

Lo so, lo so, probabilmente non ne potete più di sentirmi nominare i prodotti della Organix, ma che posso farci se mi piacciono così tanto?! Questo mese ho usato moltissimo il balsamo Argan oil of morocco. È molto nutriente ma non appesantisce i capelli e ha un profumo buonissimo che resta a lungo! Un altro prodotto che ho molto amato questo mese è lo shampo secco di Dove (che purtroppo in Italia non si trova). Ha una formula trasparente che non lascia residui nei capelli e un profumo molto fresco, perfetto per dare una ritoccata alle nostre chiome, quando si è di corsa e non c'è tempo di lavarsi i capelli! 

VISO

Ho già parlato di questo prodotto qui, ma non potevo non inserirlo nei miei preferiti! Sto parlando della protezione solare di Benefit, Dream Screen. È molto leggera e soprattutto non mi fa venire i brufoli! Un altro prodotto che ho usato moltissimo è la maschera alla camomilla di Aesop. Ha una funzione calmante che è perfetta per tenere a bada pelli impure, come la mia o se già avete dei brufoletti, è ottima da utilizzare per farli sparire più velocemente! 

MAKE-UP

Per quanto rigurda il trucco, questo mese, le mie attenzioni sono state tutte per i prodotti Hourglass. Voglio quindi parlarvi del rossetto Opaque rouge liquid lipstick nel colore Rose. È un bellissimo rossetto a lunga tenuta, dal finish opaco, che non sbava e dura veramente molte ore anche se mangiate o bevete qualcosa. Proprio per questo però tende a seccare un pochino le labbra, quindi tenetelo presente se siete interessate ad acquistarlo! Il colore poi è un bellissimo rosa, molto naturale. Un altro dei miei preferiti è l'Ambient lighting blush nel colore Dim Infusion. Un delizioso fard color pesca, che sta bene sulle pelli chiare come la mia ma che, a mio avviso, risulterebbe ancora più bello con un filo di abbronzatura!

NAILS

Finalmente sono riuscita a provare gli smalti della BarryM e devo dire che sono davvero carini! Il mio colore preferito questo mese è stato senza dubbio Elderberry, un grazioso blu pastello. Questo colore appartiene alla linea Gelly hi-shine e ha quindi una consistenza piuttosto corposa, appunto come un gel, ma è semplice da stendere e bellissimo sulle unghie (venite a trovarmi su instagram per vedere il risultato).

RANDOM

Ho preso una nuova cover per il cellulare sul negozio online di Garance Doré. Mi sono innamorata di questa a quadrettini multicolore e devo dire che è di ottima qualità. 

Ho usato moltissimo il set di tre anelli che vedete in foto. Sono concatenati fra loro e quando li mettete al dito scorrono uno sopra l'altro creando una sorta di intreccio, che mi piace molto.

E questo è tutto ragazzi, per quanto riguarda i miei prodotti preferiti di Giugno :) Spero che il post vi sia piaciuto e se anche voi avete qualche prodotto del quale vi siete innamorati durante questo mese, non dimenticate di condividerlo con me!!

White sandals

White sandals are definitely a staple in my summer wardrobe! They're so versatile and because of the neutral color they match every single outfit. I wanted to get a new pair and I saw these on Silvia's blog, Bartabac. I'm sure you do but in case you don't know her go check her blog out because it's awsome! She designed these shoes in collaboration with Pertini a Spanish brand and they came up with a lovely collection. I'm not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind getting every single piece XD Do you like them? Are you white sandals fans like I am or you prefer more colorful ones?

Un paio di sandali bianchi è qualcosa che non può sicuramente mancare nel mio guardaroba estivo! Li trovo così versatili e proprio per il loro colore neutro, si abbinano perfettamente a ogni look. Ero alla ricerca di un nuovo paio, quando ho visto questi sul blog di Silvia, Bartabac. Sono sicura che lo conoscete, ma se non fosse così, vi invito a visitarlo perchè è davvero carinissimo! Silvia ha disegnato una collezione di sandali in collaborazione con il marchio spagnolo Pertini e devo dire che sono uno più carino dell'altro. Vi confesso che non mi dispiacerebbe affatto averle tutte XD A voi piacciono? Siete anche voi fan del bianco o preferite sandali più colorati?

Black and white from day to night

Uniqlo top - Top shop Leigh jeans - Superga - Rebecca Minkoff clutch - H&M necklace - Armani Sì perfume

I love black and white, I think it's effortlessly chic and it's definitely one of my favourite combos. Today I wanted to show you this look which is my go-to outfit perfect for transitioning from day to night! I love the Top Shop Leigh jeans, they're so comfortable but in the black version they look more put together and you can wear them to work as well as for a night out! For the day I like to wear flats or trainer because I'm always on the go and I want to be comfortable but after work I can put on a pair of heels and be ready to go out for drinks! Even though I love big bags when I'm out all day I like to carry something smaller. It's lighter, easier and will goes perfectly with my "night" look.

I add a statement necklace and if I have the time I'll fix my make-up and then I'm ready to go :) I hope you like the look and don't forget to share with me your little tricks for transitioning a look from day to night!!

Amo il bianco e nero, penso sia una combinazione davvero chic ed è senza dubbio la mia preferita. Oggi voglio mostrarvi questo look che è ciò che di solito indosso quando sono fuori tutto il giorno e la sera devo uscire, ma non ho tempo di passare da casa e quindi in poche mosse riesco a trasformarlo da "giorno" a "sera"! Adoro i Leigh jeans di Top Shop, sono comodissimi e in nero, nella versione cropped, sono perfetti per l'ufficio ma anche per una serata fuori. Visto che sono sempre in movimento, per il giorno preferisco indossare ballerine o scarpe da ginnastica. Finita la giornata posso facilmente sostituirle con un paio di tacchi e la trasformazione è completa! Sebbene adori le borse grandi, in questi casi scelgo sempre una borsa piccola, è più facile da portare in giro e si adatta meglio anche a un look da sera. Per finire aggiungo una collana importante e se ho tempo, ritocco il trucco e via, sono pronta per la mia serata :) Spero che il look vi sia piaciuto. Let's talk about sunscreen!

I tend to wear sunscreen all year round but during Spring and Summer I pay even more attention to this step in my skin care routine. Sun lotions are usually quite thick and when it comes to face my combination skin doesn't like them at all...I always end up breaking out! After trying quite a few I came across these two and let me tell you, they're amazing!

Kiehl's Ultra light daily UV defense SPF 50 - If you follow me you'd now how much I love this stuff. It's not oily and easy to blend, you can apply make-up on top without looking overly shiny! The packaging is nice a compact, perfect to trow in your make-up bag or to carry with you on the beach or the pool!

Benefit Dream screen SPF 45 - This newer to me but as soon as I tried it I fell in love! This product has a very light consistency, you really can't feel it or see it. Its texture is liquid but when you apply it onto your skin it almost disappears. Perfect to wear during hot summer days, plus it's oil free and gives a lovely matte finish to your skin. Cerco di usare la protezione solare tutto l'anno, ma in Primavera e Estate mi assicuro di non dimenticare questo passaggio nella mia skin care routine. Le lozioni solari sono solitamente piuttosto ricche e la mia pelle mista non gradisce affatto, infatti tendo a riempirmi di brufoli! Dopo averne provate diverse posso dirvi che queste due sono le mie preferite!

Kiehl's Ultra light daily UV defense SPF 50 - Se mi seguite regolarmente, saprete già che la adoro.  E' una crema a base non oleosa, che si stende facilmente e crea una base perfetta per il trucco, senza lasciare la pelle unta! La confezione compatta è perfetta da mettere in borsa o da portare sulla spiaggia!

Benefit Dream screen SPF 45 - Questo invece è un prodotto per me più nuovo, ma del quale mi sono innamorata appena l'ho provato! Ha una consistenza davvero leggerissima e non si sente, né si vede sulla pelle. Questa protezione solare è molto liquida ma si assorbe molto velocemente e in maniera del tutto invisibile. E' perfetta da usare nei caldi giorni estivi e la sua formulazione oil free lascia una finitura matte davvero carina.

Percy & Reed hair care

Probably it's just me but when I see a cute packaging I can't resist and that's what happened with Percy and Reed hair care range! Aren't this products all super cute? Percy and Reed is a brand created by two of Britain's most famous hairdresser and their products are very popular among celebrities! I'm really looking forward to try some of them. The one I'm most drawn to is their Wonder Balm which is supposed to be like a primer for your hair and help to hold a style throughout the day. The Shine and fragrance spray is a multi purpose product that will make your hair shiny, glossy and smelling like a bunch of fresh roses...I mean...who doesn't want that?! There are lots of different products, targeted for all hair type so it won't be hard to find something that works for yours and there is also a selection of minis so that you can try out the product before committing to the full size! Forse succede solo a me, ma quando vedo un prodotto che ha una confezione carina non riesco a resitere e ovviamente mi sono innamorata dei prodotti per capelli di Percy and Reed! Non sono deliziosi?! Percy and Reed è un marchio creato da due dei più famosi parrucchieri Britannici, che hanno ideato una serie di prodotti innovativi e molto amati dalle celebrities! Sono curiosissima di provarli. Quello che mi attira di più è sicuramente il Wonder Balm, una sorta di primer per capelli che aiuta a mantenere la piega più a lungo. Lo Shine and fragrance spray invece è un prodotto che promette di rendere i capelli brillanti, lucidi e con un delizioso profumo di rose...voglio dire...chi non lo vorrebbe?! Nella loro linea, ci sono moltissimi prodotti studiati per i diversi tipi di capelli, quindi è praticamente impossibile non trovare qualcosa che faccia al caso vostro. C'è anche una sezione dedicata alle mini taglie, un ottimo modo per provare il prodotto prima di prendere quello full size! Io non vedo l'ora di provarli :) Voi li conoscevate?
