Les Tropéziennes

When I was in Saint-Tropez I make sure to pay a visit to Rondini, the famous boutique. It's quite a unique shop and I mean literally, there's only one and it's in Saint-Tropez. It became famous for its unique, leather, hand-made sandals and as you can read on the bag it's there since 1927! Shopping there it's a fun experience, it's an old style shoes shop where the sales assistents help you to find the right shape and size that will suit your feet the best. If a particular model is out of stock they usually can make it for you in a couple hours, isn't it cool?! After trying on half of the store I decided to go for the classic Tropéziennes, they're very comfortable and I love their timeless look! Do you like them?

Mentre ero a Saint-Tropez ho deciso di fare un salto da Rondini, la famosa boutique. È un negozio davvero unico, e intendo letteralmente, infatti ne esiste solo uno e si trova appunto a Saint-Tropez. È diventato famoso per i suoi sandali in pelle fatti a mano e come potete leggere sulla busta, esiste dal 1927! Fare shopping da Rondini è davvero un'esperienza unica, è un negozio di scarpe vecchia maniera, dove i commessi ti aiutano a infilare la scarpa e a trovare il modello e la misura che più si addice al tuo piede. Se un particolare modello al momento non è disponibile, solitamente è possibile averlo dopo una paio di ore, fatto apposta per te, non è fantastico?! Dopo aver provato mezzo negozio, ho deciso di prendere il classico modello Tropéziennes. Sono comodissime e mi piace molto il loro look senza tempo! A voi piacciono?

Saint-Tropez

Hello everyone! Long time no see...so I'm back from my holiday in France and I'm here to share with you some of it! I hope you enjoy ;) My boyfriend and I decided to pay a visit to Saint-Tropez, we've never been there before and I was looking forward to see this famous city that Brigitte Bardot loved so much! It's such a lovely place full of tiny, little streets, colorful houses and flowers everywhere all surrounded by a crystal clear, gorgeous sea. At the port you can see all kind of boats and it's very busy, down the little streets that leads you to the city center you can find all sorts of shops, nail bars, pharmacies, cafès...well let them tell you it's veery pretty! We've been there just for one day so we didn't get the chance to explore it more thoroughly but if you happen to be in that area it's definitely worth a visit!

Ciao a tutti! Non ci vediamo da un po', scusate l'assenza, sono tornata dalla mia vacanza in Francia e sono qui per condividerne un po' con voi ;) Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo deciso di visitare Saint-Tropez, non ci eravamo mai stati prima e io ero molto curiosa di visitare questa città iconica che ha incantato Brigitte Bardot! Devo dire che è davvero bella, piena di stradine, case colorate e tanti fiori, tutto incorniciato da un mare splendido e cristallino. Al porto si possono ammirare barche di tutti i tipi e misure e le strade che piano piano portano verso il centro, sono piene di negozietti deliziosi, nail bars, pharmacy, pasticcerie, bar...e lasciate che ve lo dica è davvero carinissima! Abbiamo passato li solo un giorno, quindi non abbiamo avuto occasione di esplorarla più approfonditamente ma se vi trovate da quelle parti vi consiglio di farci un salto!
