Lancôme Jucy Shakers

Lancôme recently launched a new range of lip products called Jucy Shakers. They look like mini cocktail shakers indeed and they're lip glosses. Like a true barista you're ment to shake them and then dab them on the lips, the consistency of this product is quite unique, it's kind of bouncy, very smooth and moisturizing. The gloss is unlike any other and it's very comfortable to wear. The shades are all very pretty and you get quite a nice selection of colors, each one have a different color and a different scent. The pigmentation is light but you can definitely see the color on the lips (especially with the darker shades). After the gloss wears off you are left with a subltle stain on your lips. I got the shade Boom-Meringue which is a lovely, sheer pink.

I think this product is really cool, another great concept from Lisa Eldridge, Lancôme creative director. Definitely go check them out and shake, shake shake ;)

Lancôme ha recentemente lanciato una nuova linea di prodotti che si chiamano Jucy Shakers. Sembrano proprio dei mini shaker per cocktail ma in realtà sono dei lip gloss. Il prodotto va agitato, proprio come farebbe un vero barista e quanto la formula è amalgamata si picchietta il prodotto sulle labbra con l'applicatore. La consistenza del gloss è davvero particolare, molto elastica, si applica in maniera facile e omogena sulle labbra con un risultato finale davvero carinissimo! I colori disponibili sono tutti molto belli e si va da colori quasi trasparenti come quello che ho preso io "Boom-Meringue" a colori più scuri, che ovviamente hanno una maggiore pigmentazione, ognuno ha una profumazione diversa. Una volta svanito il gloss, sulla labbra rimane una leggera tinta.

Questo prodotto mi è piaciuto moltissimo, un altro bel colpo da parte di Lisa Eldridge, direttore artistico della maison! Vi consiglio di provarli la prossima volta che passate in profumeria! Shake, shake, shake ;)

December to me means Christmas! I'm so excited to see the streets and shops all festive and decorated and I cannot wait to celebrate with my friends and family! So to get in the spirit I put together a wish list full of things that I wouldn't mind finding under my Christmas tree ;D 

I love Chloé Faye bag, I think it's so modern and chic and you can't go wrong with a small black bag!! A pink coat would be a nice addition to my monochrome wardrobe and this one from Chalayan is to die for, right?! I find a candle is always a nice gift to give and receive and Byredo, came up with some gorgeous fragrances. Talking about make-up I had to include a highlither and my favourite is from Becca, they're gorgeous, silky smooth and very glowy! The evil eye ring from Mejuri it's adorable, I love the chain and its simple yet unique design.

Dicembre mi fa subito pensare al Natale e devo dire che vedere le strade e le vetrine dei negozi, piene di luci e decorazioni, mi mette subito di buonumore. Quindi per rimanere in tema, ho pensato di mettere insieme una wish list, piena di cose che non mi dispiacerebbe affatto trovare sotto l'albero di Natale ;D Una borsa non poteva mancare, e la Faye di Chloé è la mia preferita al momento, adoro il suo aspetto moderno e chic!! Un cappottino rosa, potrebbe essere un'aggiunta interessante al mio guardaroba monocromatico e questo di Chalayan mi fa impazzire, non è stupendo?! Trovo che una candela sia sempre un otttimo regalo, da fare e da ricevere e Byredo ha delle fragranze natalizie molto interessanti, oltre alle bellissime confezioni. Parlando invece di trucchi, non potevo non includere un illuminate e il mio preferito è di Becca, bello, dalla consistenza setosa e mai eccessivo! L'anello Evil eye di Mejuri è davvero delizioso, mi piace la catena e il suo stile semplice ma allo stesso tempo, originale.

Pretty Honest

I got this book for Christmas it's from Sali Hughes and for those of you who don't know her, she's a beauty journalis who writes a very successful beauty column for The Guardian. The book is very pretty indeed and will look awesome on your coffee table but unlike many books of this kind it is actually full of very interesting contents, beauty-wise of course. Sali covers every single aspect of beauty from foundation to acne, to mature skin, perfume and so on. The book is very informative and written in her witty, honest but very professional way. I think this will make the perfect gift to all your girlfriends and of course to yourself. You can find it on Amazon and in many book stores. Have you read it yet? Did you liked it? Per Natale, ho ricevuto questo libro, si tratta di Pretty Honest di Sali Hughes. Per chi di voi non la conoscesse, Sali è una giornalista che si occupa di bellezza e scrive sul quotidiano inglese The Guardian. Il libro è davvero carino e farà un figurone sul vostro tavolo in salotto ma a differenza di tanti libri di questo tipo, anche il suo contenuto è molto interessante. Sali copre ogni singolo aspetto che riguarda la bellezza, dal fondotinta, all'acne, alle pelli mature, ai profumi e così via. Il libro è molto istruttivo ed è scritto nel suo stile arguto, onesto e molto professionale. È il regalo perfetto per tutte le vostre amiche e ovviamente anche per voi. Lo trovate su Amazon e in molti altri negozi di libri (anche se per ora non esiste la versione italiana). Qualcuno di voi lo ha letto? Che ne pensate?

Hello everyone! How was your Christmas? I had the best time with my family and then my boyfriend and I left for Perugia...to get back to Florence yesterday...yeah we love to drive! I like the fact that she wears lots of jeans, boots and cozy sweaters, which is what I like to wear so I find it easy to take inspiration from her wardrobe to recreate my own looks! Dior Lip Glow

I love the original Dior Lip glow so when I saw a new one in the Spring/Summer collection I had to grab it straight away! The lip glow is basically a tinted lip balm, very moisturizing and sheer. It gives a slight tint to the lips and the final risult is very natural. Even though both colors are really sheer when you first apply them, after a couple minutes the color get more intense and you can definitely see them on the lips. The original lip glow is a pinky nude, very glossy while the new one is called 004 coral and as you can tell is a very pretty coral color, perfect for Spring and Summer! They're a nice alternative if you don't want to wear lipstick but still want to add some moist and color to your lips. Do you like them? Have you tried the new coral color yet?

Adoro il Lip Glow di Dior e quando ho visto che nella collezione Primavera/Estate c'era un nuovo colore ho dovuto provarlo subito! I lip glow sono praticamente dei balsami per la labbra colorati, molto idratanti e piuttosto trasparenti nella colorazione. Il risultato finale è molto naturale e il colore, quasi invisibile appena applicato, diventa più intenso dopo qualche minuto permettendoci di distinguere chiaramente le due colorazioni. L'originale è un rosa confetto, molto naturale e lucido mente il nuovo colore che si chiama 004 coral, è appunto uno splendido color corallo, perfetto per la prossima stagione! I Lip glow secondo me, sono un'alternativa perfetta per quei giorni in cui ci va di mettere il rossetto, ma vogliamo comunque un po' di colore e idratazione sulle labbra. A voi piacciono? Naked3 Palette

Not so long ago Urban Decay released Naked 3 palette and I was really looking forward to it because I love my Naked1! The packaging is metal, just like Naked2 but this time is rose gold which I love. It contains 12 totally new colors, a brush and a set of samples of their Primer Potion. Every eyeshadow is 1.3g and the price is €45.90. We're still on the neutral side of the spectrum but there are definitley a lot of pinks which personally I don't mind but if you don't like to wear pink on your lids I'd stay away from this palette and I'll get my hands on Naked1 or Naked2! Over all the quality of the eyeshadows is really good, they're sliky smooth and easy to blend. Of course there are a couple colors that do not meet the expectations and for me they're Dusk and Trick. They're not very pigmented and have a little bit of fall out. On the other hand my favourites are Limit and Nooner for the matte and Liar and Mugshot for the satin. If you like pink toned eyeshadows I'd say go for this palette and you won't be disappointed! Let me know if you have it or if you're planning on getting one soon!!

Non molto tempo fa, è uscita la nuova palette di Urban Decay, la Naked3 e devo dire che la stavo aspettando con impazienza, visto che adoro la mia Naked1! La confezione è in metallo, come quella della Naked2, ma questa volta è oro rosa, colore che personalmente adoro. Contiene 12 ombretti completamente nuovi, un pennello e un set di campioncini del Primer Potion nelle sue varianti. Ogni ombretto è 1,3g e la palette costa €45,90. Come vedete ci troviamo ancora una volta, di fronte a una palette dai colori neutri, ma la differenza è che i toni sono principalmente sul rosa, quindi se non vi piace come colore da mettere sugli occhi, mi terrei alla larga da questa palette, scegliendo invece la Naked1 o la Naked2 se non le avete già. A me questi colori piacciono e in generale la qualità è buona, gli ombretti sono setosi, pigmentati e facili da sfumare. Ovviamente ci sono un paio di ombretti che deludono le aspettative...per me sono Dusk e Trick, entrambi lasciano dei residui brillantinosi sul viso e non sono molto pigmentati. Quelli che invece mi piacciono di più sono Limit e Nooner che sono matte e Liar e Mugshot che sono satinati. Se vi piacciono i toni del rosa vi consiglio assolutamente di provare questa palette, non ve ne pentirete! Fatemi sapere se qualcuna di voi l'ha già presa e come vi trovate!!

Hi guys! Yesterday I had the day off and I decided to stay in Umbria with my bf and enjoy this long weekend :) We didn't do much but relaxing, taking long walks and eating good food! Hello everyone!! How are you doing? In a few weeks my bbf is getting married!! I still can't believe it! We grew up together and I'm super excited for her big day! I'm the Maid of honor and just writing that down I feel tears of joy in my eyes! This is the dress I chose for the occasion. It's a pink lace MSGM dress and as you can see has orange details. When I started to look out for a dress I consulted the bride and we both agreed that it had to be something comfortable, colorful and Spring related. When I saw this dress was love at first sight! There's a cut out in the back so I'll need to find some sort of cardigan to put on for the evening but I'm really pleased with my choice! Tell me guys: Do you like it?

Ciao a tutti!! Come state? Tra qualche settimana si sposa la mia migliore amica!! Ancora non ci credo! Siamo cresciute insieme e sono felicissima per lei e il suo futuro marito! Sono la testimone e soltanto a scriverlo mi commuovo! Questo è l'abito che ho scelto per l'occasione. E' un vestito in pizzo rosa di MSGM con il colletto e la fascetta in vita arancio. Quando ho iniziato a cercare un abito, mi sono ovviamente consultata con la sposa ed entrambe eravamo d'accordo sul fatto che dovesse essere qualcosa che mi facesse sentire a mio agio e che fosse colorato e primaverile. Beh quando ho visto questo vestito è stato amore a prima vista!! Come vedete ha una bella scollatura sul retro e penso proprio che dovrò cercare un piccolo cardigan da mettere per la sera ma apparte questo sono molto soddisfatta della scelta! Voi che ne dite, vi piace?

Mini beauty haul

Hello guys! A while ago I ordered some beauty stuff online and today they finally came in!! I wanted to try Real Tecniques brushes by Samantha Chapman the famous English Youtuber and in the end I decided to go for the stippling brush, just because I don't have anything like it in my collection. The brush seems really good quality and feel super soft. I can't wait to try it and honestly I quite regret getting just this one! Then I got Stile Kitten which is a lovely, champagne color eyeshadow and a Tangleteezer which is so popular right now! Basically it's just a brush but I wanted to know what the fuss is all about! Of course I'll keep you posted on how I like these products! Have you tried any of them? Would you?

Ciao ragazzi! Un po' di tempo fa avevo fatto un ordine di alcuni prodotti online e oggi sono finalmente arrivati!! Era da un po' che volevo provare uno dei pennelli della Real Tecniques di Samantha Chapman, la famosa Youtuber Inglese. Alla fine ho scelto lo stippling brush, perchè non ne avevo neanche uno nella mia collezione. Il pennello sembra davvero di ottima qualità e le setole sono morbidissime. Non vedo l'ora di provarlo e onestamente un po' mi pento di averne preso soltanto uno! Poi ho preso Kitten della Stila che è un delizioso ombretto color champagne e in fine la spazzola Tangleteezer, che pare essere molto popolare al momento! In pratica è semplicemente una spazzola per capelli, ma ero curiosa di provarla per scoprire come mai piace tanto a tutti! Ovviemente vi farò sapere le mie impressioni su questi prodotti! Voi ne avete provato qualcuno? Li provereste?
