March favourites

It's been a while since my last favourites post but this past month I discovered some true gems and I wanted to share them with you! As you can see we're mainly talking about skin care. In my recent trip to Asia I had the chance to try some new products and test out new brands such as Boscia. I always heard good things about this brand and I have to say it's true, their products are awesome. I got the Luminizing Black mask, one of those thick in consistency that you peel of after 30 minutes. It remove all the dirt, un-clog pores and brightens your complexion! I'm hooked! Next I have a cleanser from InnisFree which is a Korean inexpensive brand very popular in Asia. They have many different types but I went for the Minimum Facial Cleanser which is targeted for sensitive skin. It's a foam, very gentle that cleanse your skin without stripping it. Talking about make-up I was on a mission to find the Laneige BB Cushion and I went to Sephora specifically for it (and ended up spending too much money with lots of other stuff). I'm sure by now you've seen this kind of products before, Lancome makes a great one for example but Laneige was one of the first brands to release it. It's a BB cream with SPF 50 that provide a very natural look. Considering it's a BB cream the coverage it's insane and sits on the skin beautifully. If you like a natural look you would love it. In that packaging you get a flat sponge for application and a refill which for the price (around 45 euros) it's a great deal. The only downside is the color selection so if you have the chance try to go to a store to try them. Next I have a lipstick from Une one of my favourite natural brands. It's in the shade R02 and it's a gorgeous "your lips but better" shade, very hydrating and lovely with any makeup (or non) look. My fragrance of choice is from Byred and it's Rose of No Man's Land, it has notes of pink pepper, Turkish Rose Petals, Raspberry Blossom, Papyrus and White Amber. Definitely give it a sniff if you find yourself near their counter. For jewelry I wore load my Céline knot bracelet in rose gold, nothing to say it's just a gorgeous piece that add a touch of humph to any look. Last but not least I'm obsessed with Funko Pop figurines! They have so many, based on Cartoons, Tv series, Movies...and they're all so cute! Check out their website...I promise you'll want one too!
I hope you like to post and I wish you all a great Sunday!

Un vero must!
Parlando di profumi, quello che ultimamente adoro e Rose of No Man's Land di Byredo.

     1. Three Floor Aquarius dress
     2. Burberry London trench coat

Spring is finally here and I'm ready to ditch my boots and heavy coats and soak in the colorful, pastelly vibes of this season. A new season comes hand in hand with closet clean out...and I don't know about you but it freaks me out every single time. I live in a small space, my closet is tiny and things get crammed so easily!! Recently I learned about MakeSpace, an on-demand storage service that uses technology to help you declutter your life. Amazing right?! They provide you with free bins and wardrobe boxes for you to pack the items you'd like to store. They pick up, store, and deliver your stuff back when you want so you never have to visit a storage unit again. It's so convenient and they even have an app which makes things even easier! You should absolutely check out their website and I swear you (and your closet) won't regret it!!

So for this season I'm excited to bring back 7 staples that you cannot miss in your wardrobe!

1. Colorful dress
Let's be honest I tend to wear all black during Winter but in Spring I feel more playful and I can't wait to pop on some colors!

2. Trench Coat
The best part of warmer climate is wearing a trench coat. To me a trench look so classy and effortless, you can wear it day and nigh and always look perfect. Plus is light to carry around!

3. Sandals
Ok I know in Spring it's still kinda chilly but I love wearing high heeled sandals on a night out and you can kind of get away with them now...without having your toes completely freezing!

4. Colorful Clutch
As I was telling at point 1 for me Spring means color and there's nothing cuter than a colorful clutch! You can lighten up any look or play contrast with your outfit!

5. Sunnies
I wear them all year round but now there's actually a chance to experience a sunny day and it makes a whole of a difference isn't it? So pop you're trendy sunnies out and enjoy life!

6. Floral Fragrance
I like to switch up my fragrance according to my mood and to the season of course. A floral scent is always appropriate and this Byredo one is just divine!

7. Coral Lipstick
Wouldn't be Spring without a coral lipstick in your purse! Looks amazing and brightens up your complexion! A true must!

So what are your musts for Spring? Don't forget to stop by MakeSpace to learn more about they're services!!

Fantastico no?!

Illumina l'incarnato e rende fresco qualsiasi look! Un ver must!

Holiday Party Style Guide with The Black Tux

During Holiday Season we are all more likely to dress up and get invited to parties so, inspired by The Black Tux Style Guide, I decided to put together three different looks to give you my twist on party looks. For me it's all about a little black dress, some sparkling accessories, a fun clutch and a drop of my favourite perfume, you can't really go wrong with that!
But don't forget about the guys! I think there's nothing sexier than a man in a suit but it has to be the right one!! Not every man owns a suit or a tux though or wants to invest and buy one. What's the solution? Just rent one! The Black Tux is the way to go! On their website you can find a  wide variety of gorgeous, quality suits and tuxedo rentals that you can select, measure, try and return really easily. Basically it's the perfect way to get a killer outfit at an amazing price! I wish there's something like it for us girls too!!
I hope you enjoyed the post and that you'll find it helpful to create your own party looks!!
Happy Holidays!

Noleggiarlo!
Buone Feste e a presto!

5 tips for last minute Christmas shoppers

We've all been there...last minute Christmas shopping is a total nightmare but it happens so here are my five tips to survive

1. Avoid Malls and shopping centers
Basically they became a war field so unless you have no other choice, try to avoid going there. Instead go to your local shopping area, I'm sure you'll find lots of little shops, not as busy, where you can take your time to pick the right gift!

2. Get a gift card
If you don't know what to get to your friends and relatives, I'm sure you know where they like to shop. So get them a giftt card from their favourite store! I won't be an original gift but it will be appreciated for sure!

3. Candles and home scents
There are so many gorgeous candles and home scents out there, that you can't really go wrong and let's face it, who doesn't want their home to smell nice?! I personally love Diptyque (Jasmin, Figue and Baies are my favourites), Byredo (they released a Christmas collection which is insane) and Neom.

4. DIY
A handmade present is always nice to recive and even though it's ast minute you will get away with it! You can bake some cookiesvand wrap them nicely. Check out Pinterest, you'll find lots of ideas and different recipes. Depending on your crafting skills you can really get creative and make candles, soap, homemade drinks and create the cutest yet unique gift ever.

5. Books and magazine subscriptions
If you love reading I'm sure you already know what to get but if you're not so familiar with the prefrences of the person you're buying for you should opt for a illustrated book, a city guide, Louis Vuitton made some amazing one there are not too expensive or a magazine subscription. This is something I rearely get for myself but I would love to get!

I hope you find it helpful and I wish you all a lovely day!

1. Evitate i centri commerciali e i grandi magazzini

2. Golden Goose Superstar distressed leather sneakers
3. Chalayan Wool-blend gabardine coat
4. Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed
5. Mejuri Evil eye ring
6. Byredo Gingembre scented candle

December to me means Christmas! I'm so excited to see the streets and shops all festive and decorated and I cannot wait to celebrate with my friends and family! So to get in the spirit I put together a wish list full of things that I wouldn't mind finding under my Christmas tree ;D
I love Chloé Faye bag, I think it's so modern and chic and you can't go wrong with a small black bag!! A pink coat would be a nice addition to my monochrome wardrobe and this one from Chalayan is to die for, right?! I find a candle is always a nice gift to give and receive and Byredo, came up with some gorgeous fragrances. Talking about make-up I had to include a highlither and my favourite is from Becca, they're gorgeous, silky smooth and very glowy! The evil eye ring from Mejuri it's adorable, I love the chain and its simple yet unique design.

Buona giornata a tutti!

June favourites

Let's talk about favourites, shall we? You know there are months where I don't really use much new or interesting products, while others I feel like I have a lot to talk about XD but without further ado, let's jump right into my monthly favourites! I recently developed rosacea and my dermatologist recommended this cleanser by La Roche-Posay. It's a mousse and it's very gentle but still cleanses your skin without irritating it. Still talking about skin care I tried a new eye cream, it's called Crème Prodigeuse yeux and it's from Nuxe, it's a anti-aging and anti-puffines eye cream. It's very refreshing and moisturizing without beeing too rich. It has a floral smell and all though it's nice and I'm not so sure how I like my eye cream to have a scent...but it's not offensive and the product it's still awesome.  I finally decided to include the Beauty Blender, I wanted to try it out propertly before including it in my favourites and let me tell you guys it's amazing. Even for someone like me who prefer BB creams to foundation, it make an incredible difference. I'm sure you all know how it works, you dampen it until it gets bigger, squeeze it and use it to blend your foundation with gentle, bouncy, patting motions. The more you squeeze it, the most coverage you'll get but over-all the final result is gorgeous, almost air brushed! If you haven't tried it yet, go check it out because it's woth the hype. For lips I've been loving Marc Jacobs New Nudes in the shade Role Play. It has a gel texture (non sticky) that gives a gorgeous, finish to the lips. For my nails all I'd been wearing is pastels and my favourites shades are Essie Lilacism, Barry M Peach Melba and Elderberry. I think I might be addict to Byredo fragrances, they're so unique and they have the most beautiful sleek packagings ever. My new addiction is called Blanche and smells just like a dream, so fresh but soft and cozy like a sunday morning, I can't wait to try more of their scents!! Last spot in my favourites has to go to my Céline sunglasses, I love their shape and their color, it's neutral and so flattering, it goes with everything ;)I hope you liked the post and I'll see you in my next one!!

-

April Favourites

Hello everyone! So it's time to share the things I've been loving throughout April. First of all we're taking skin care. I had a major breakout at the beginning of the month...let me just tell you that it's still there but thanks to La Roche-Posay Serozinc and Bioderma face wash it's almost gone. Both these products are amazing it you have sensitive skin and like me, you suffer from ormonal/stress breakout from time to time. It seems like I'm really into fragrances at the moment and as I told you I got this Byredo perfume in the scent Gipsy Water. It's such a gorgeous, unique scent, it has notes of lemon, pepper, juniper berries, incense, pine needle, vanilla and even though I'm sure it's not a perfume that everyone likes, if you get it's charme you'll completely fall in love with it! For nails I'd been loving Nails Inc by Victoria Beckham in the shade Bamboo White a lovely, creamy light pink. My lipstick of choice has been Essence Natural Beauty, a super cute pink nude, very moisturizing and quite long lasting, plus it's just about 3 euros so...Last but not least my bracelets, one if from Philippe Audibert and the other I got at a local market.  They're super easy to wear but they make the difference! I hope you enjoyed the post and I'll see you soon ;)

Ciao a tutti!

Lazy Sunday

I love sundays...who doesn't? I like waking up with no rush, having my coffee while browsing Instagram, have a shower and lay on my bed reading a book. Today I red How to be Parisian wherever you are, it's a fun easy read and I find it quite enjoyable. There are lots of clichè but it's definitely not supposed to be a serious book, it gives some nice tips, including recipes, places to visit, where to eat and lounge, plus it looks lovely in bookshelf! It looks like it's about to rain so I think I'll take advantage to lounge a little more before popping out for dinner with my friends! I hope like the post and that you're all having a great sunday!!

-

Oggi ho letto How to be Parisian wherever you are e devo dire che è un libro carino, molto divertente e una lettura poco impegnativa.
